Pros
When my atopic dermatitis got worse, I bought this product because it hurt to wash my hands frequently. Even with wounds, it doesn't hurt and is gentle. I like that it has no fragrance and has a natural scent.
Cons
It's not a downside, but it doesn't have the (expected) squeaky clean feeling. You just need to apply the cleanser evenly like a lotion and rinse it off with water, and you don't need to use much.

It has a very gentle feel It's good to use as a morning facial cleanser I've been suffering from leg skin inflammation recently, so I was told not to use body wash much, so I've been using this as a substitute for body wash, and I find that I don't need to apply body lotion as it doesn't dry out my skin

It's really mild and good. I have sensitive skin, but this foam cleanser doesn't irritate at all.

I bought it in the morning to wash my face and I'm using it well. The ingredients are too gentle, which I like~ I'm using it with my baby since the baby was born^^ At first, I was strange because it didn't foam much, but now I'm used to it and it's fine~

It's really gentle. It seems great for babies and pregnant women too. It's good to use for morning cleansing and also as a second cleanse after light makeup. There's no tightness or excessive oil left after cleansing. The scent is not artificial but a refreshing herbal fragrance. And most importantly, the volume is quite large. I bought it for cleansing but it's too much for me to use alone.

Personally, I don't have any complaints, but if you have oily skin or prefer a deep cleansing, I wouldn't recommend this.
