  Pros

  I bought this as a set with the Utheracell Deep Shot device. It can be used together with the device.

  Cons

  Usually, when I apply gels like this, my skin stays moisturized until I finish using the device. However, this one dried up quickly. Also, I felt a slight irritation on my blemishes, and the next day, small pimples appeared. Like others have mentioned, the area around my lips is itchy too. Sigh... While the device is good, this product is really disappointing.

  The only positive is the belief that it's a specialized gel for the device, haha. Looking at the ingredients, it seems more like marketing hype.

  Cons

  I felt compelled to buy this because the device instructions insisted on using their specialized gel. However, despite having no irritating ingredients, I experienced a strange numbing sensation on my lips while the gel was on my skin. It's temporary, so not a major issue. The amount you get for the price is too little, and you need to apply quite a lot. It dries up quickly for me, requiring frequent reapplication. The value for money is really poor. On top of that, MediCube's website and app are inconvenient, with free shipping only for orders over 60,000 won. It's hard to use coupons or take advantage of sales since there's nothing else I want to buy from MediCube. With all these inconveniences, I won't be repurchasing the gel.

  Tip

  After checking the ingredients, I realized it's not necessary to use this specific product, so I plan to switch to a different brand. The photo shows the gel after 8 uses, even though I tried to conserve it by using a mist when it dried out.

  Pros

  This product is tricky to rate. True to its name, it's a 5-star performer as an Age-R booster gel, but for general skincare? It's a bit of a head-scratcher. The ingredient list is gentle and not overly complex (just 33 ingredients), which is a plus. However, after using the Age-R device, your skin feels oddly stiff(?), which is strange. I received this with my Ucelra purchase, and for Ucelra use, nothing works better than this gel cream. But that's about all it's good for... I bought it at full price, determined to use Ucelra and Air Shot frequently. But it turned out to be more of a hassle than expected, and after use, I felt like I was getting a blemish or two. So now my mom is the one using the Ucelra. She uses Ucelra 3-4 times a week, and this gel cream is her go-to every time.

  Cons

  For general skincare, this product falls short. It makes your skin feel like it's drying out too quickly. So I always rinsed with water after using the device, but when water touches it, it becomes incredibly slippery. It feels like even a water rinse doesn't clean it off properly. If you leave it on, your skin feels stiff. If you apply cream over it, your skin feels like it can't breathe. If you try to wash it off, water alone doesn't seem to do the job... It's a challenging product to work with.
