The powder + water formula is great because it's not sticky and absorbs quickly! After using this, I developed so many tiny blemishes that it took 4-6 months to recover (especially on my chin). Also, the smell is quite off-putting. However, it left even my oily skin feeling extremely dry, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin. - jc****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 16, 2021
Since I started using this product, my major blemishes have significantly decreased! While they don't completely disappear, I've noticed fewer new breakouts popping up. After a single application, it feels a bit insufficient when followed by an emulsion or moisturizer. You'll need to reapply about three times for better results. I love keeping it in the fridge and then applying it generously with an embossed cotton pad. This method is great for simultaneously hydrating and exfoliating dead skin cells.

My skin type: After 2 hours without applying anything at home, I experience no tightness, no deep dryness, slight surface dryness if I wait longer, and slightly oily T-zone. Pore-clogging ingredients and aloe don't suit me well. If I use products with incompatible ingredients, I get one or two small blemishes on my cheeks. 1. It's easier to control the amount compared to the Dokdo toner as it doesn't gush out. 2. The light pink color makes it easy to see where it hasn't been absorbed, which is great. 1. Neither the hydration nor moisturizing effects are exceptional. As it's a toner, you can't expect much moisturization, but it feels dry after absorption. 2. The absorption speed is moderate. 3. Despite being a water-based formula, it feels like my hands absorb it first when I dispense it. 4. The product container isn't convenient for dispensing. If it tilts slightly, the product sticks to the opening and spills. 1. Dispense a small amount onto your left hand, then use your right hand's fingers to dab it onto different areas of your face. 2. Dispense another small amount onto your left hand, rub your hands together gently, and spread it evenly across your face. 3. Gently pat your face with both hands to aid absorption. 4. Once it's almost fully absorbed, apply your serum or emulsion before it completely dries.

It didn't seem to suit my skin, so I started looking for something else. Since I'm a fan of Lapothicell, I was excited when I heard they released a new toner. I'd been keeping an eye on it (thanks to Choi Chan-hee, haha!), and as I was running out of my old toner, I decided to buy this new one! First off, the ingredients and price are great! It's under $20, which is a steal... (I got it even cheaper during a sale!) The ingredients list looks clean too, so that's a big plus! What I absolutely love is that there's zero stickiness. I used to think all toners had a bit of tackiness, but this one doesn't at all. It feels moisturizing when applied, but finishes with a soft, powdery feel - exactly what I prefer! I've always been a Lapothicell user, so now I just trust and use their products without hesitation. They're always generous with gratis samples too, which is fantastic! Chan-hee is the best as well! What? There's no way I could have any complaints when I'm enjoying it this much... Just please don't discontinue it! Rather than using it as a light exfoliating toner, it's even better to soak a cotton pad generously and use it as a toner mask.
