The price is reasonable and the fragrance is nice. Since this is my first time using it, I'll have to try it more, but I'm satisfied. It's a pity that the duration is short, but I think I'll have to try it out more to know the shortcomings. - sk*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJan 4, 2025
The scent is sweet yet refreshing, reminiscent of a pleasant soap fragrance that's likely to be universally appealing. Being perfume-grade, it has impressive staying power. While the scent is inoffensive, it's worth noting that this also means it lacks distinctiveness. It's a truly neutral fragrance, which might be a consideration for some. - th**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 3, 2024
As someone who prefers neutral, cooling, woody, and citrus fragrances, I appreciate that this cologne doesn't have that typical alcohol-like scent often found in men's fragrances. The mist spray dispenses just the right amount, so you don't need to pump it excessively. I've been using it quite happily! While it has a natural scent, the longevity is a bit lacking. The spray amount is decent, but it's disappointing that you need to reapply it frequently. - so********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 27, 2023
A scent that's perfect for summer. Even as a woman, I find it suits me well. The outer lid of the cap comes off too easily. I was going to exchange it, but it's too much hassle, so I'll just use it as is. - ky*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 27, 2023
I sampled the fragrance at Olive Young and it was absolutely divine! That's why I decided to purchase it here on Hwahae with all the great benefits. The scent is versatile enough for men to use comfortably, and as a woman, I'm equally tempted to wear it myself. I wonder if it comes in a larger size? That would be fantastic. The 50ml feels a bit small. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedMay 17, 2023
This is a truly versatile fragrance. Rather than a fresh scent, the sweet notes are more prominent. If I had to compare, it reminds me of Wow gum? But don't take that to mean it smells exactly like gum. It's more of an aquatic fragrance with that kind of vibe. Looking at the bottle, you might think 'Ah, this must be super refreshing,' but it's not quite that invigorating. However, it definitely captures the essence of blue water. It should be suitable for hot days. - se*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 14, 2022
It feels refreshing and has a scent that's perfect for spritzing in the summer. I think it might be the best one in the Dashu line. The fragrance doesn't seem to last very long. Apart from that, I think everything else about it is great. - 87*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 28, 2022
Many people say it has an aquatic vibe, but honestly, it feels more like a lukewarm, sweet temperature to me. I wondered if it was supposed to evoke the sea, but it's far from cool or refreshing. It's more of a fruity dive into aqua with honey-drenched acacia flower notes. The blackcurrant offers sweetness without any sharpness, and there's no trace of the indolic quality typical of white flowers. It's a non-intrusive acacia scent... reminds me of a nice-smelling shampoo or a subtle fabric softener fragrance without the detergent notes. When I had a family member smell it, they said it smelled like a handsome tall gentleman (they liked it). Though marketed as a men's fragrance, I think anyone could wear this well. And the lingering scent is incredibly good. The base notes blend with skin scent to create a cozy smell, like when you're rolling around in bed wearing clothes washed with fabric softener. I'm puzzled why it's called Aqua Dive, given how the fragrance actually smells. However, while the website description claims it has a high fragrance concentration, the scent itself is quite subtle. It's somewhere between an eau de toilette and a parfum in terms of strength. - wo*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2022
It has a pleasantly sweet scent that's perfect for daily use While it's great for everyday use, the sweet fragrance might become tiresome over time - jj******Dry SkinRecommendedJul 21, 2021
As a newcomer to fragrances, I've been exploring various niche scents (I generally find designer fragrances too similar and lacking impact). That's when I came across Dashu's Aqua Dive and Botanic Leaf, and decided to purchase them. Let me try to describe Aqua Dive in simple terms: it's like a blend of tropical fruit sweetness with a hint of the ocean. Being a designer fragrance, I'm not sure if this is why, but I don't notice significant differences between the top, middle, and base notes. As it dries down to the base notes, it becomes a bit heavier, losing that cool ocean breeze feeling, which might make it feel slightly intense for some. While the scent itself is satisfying, it doesn't come across as particularly unique or distinctive. However, considering the price point, I think it offers excellent value for money. I must say, the bottle itself is incredibly elegant and beautiful. Personal Overall Review: Scent Satisfaction: 3 out of 5 stars - Despite being a summer fragrance, it lacks any citrusy notes, which somewhat reduces its refreshing quality. Longevity: 4 out of 5 stars - Being a parfum, which is higher in concentration than eau de parfum, it has good staying power. Sillage: 2 out of 5 stars - I noticed when a friend wore it, the scent didn't project very strongly.
