1. Convenience Unlike solid soaps that often become mushy or too hard to lather, this liquid soap is easy to use until the very end. 2. Cost-effectiveness As it's a foam type, a small pump is sufficient for handwashing. In fact, pumping too hard or too many times can make your hands slippery and dry, so using just the right amount makes it economical. 3. Effectiveness When your hands feel sweaty and uncomfortable, washing with this leaves them feeling incredibly soft and dry. While I can't confirm if it's actually 99.9% effective, it does seem to have some antibacterial properties. 1. Scent The lingering scent on hands is quite unpleasant. It's labeled as green grape scent, and when you first pump it, there's a sweet artificial grape fragrance. However, as you rub your hands, it transforms into a plant-like smell similar to green tea(?). The issue is that it's not just a green tea scent, but also has an unpleasant dried plant odor that's hard to describe. After washing, a faint green tea scent remains, but that unpleasant odor lingers until the end, making it quite off-putting. 2. Slipperiness & Dryness If you pump too much, it leaves a slippery residue that requires extensive rinsing. This can irritate the skin on your palms and the back of your hands, leading to pain and significant dryness. Since a small amount is sufficient for washing, there's no need to over-pump. 1. While I absolutely wouldn't recommend this to those sensitive to fragrances, I think the pros slightly outweigh the cons for this product. 2. Over-pumping leads to slipperiness and increased dryness from excessive rinsing, so it's best not to use too much. - yj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedFeb 20, 2025
It's the first thing I do when I come home, and you can really see all the grime coming off Are there any downsides? Despite being a famous brand, I haven't found any so far - am******Dry SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedDec 17, 2024
I love the pleasant scent and the fact that it comes out as a foam when pumped, making it cleaner to use than traditional soap. Another plus is its convenient size, which allows you to place it anywhere easily. If you don't close it properly, there's a risk of leakage when moving the product, especially if it gets bumped hard. - lc*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 16, 2024
✓ Design: Clean and compact, its small size fits nicely anywhere without standing out. ✓ Scent: A refreshing grape fragrance that's not polarizing. The scent doesn't linger too strongly after washing, which is great. Recommended for those who disliked overpowering scents in boutique hand washes. ✓ Cleansing effectiveness: Produces a good lather and feels gentle on the skin. The antibacterial properties are a plus. Dryness: An unavoidable aspect of hand washes, but it does leave hands feeling dry, making hand cream a must-have. - 21****Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 14, 2024
A trustworthy choice: Aye Kkeut Hae. The pump dispenses a nice foam and the fragrance is pleasant. Hand sanitizer is more hygienic than soap. The opaque container makes it impossible to see how much product is left. It's not a major inconvenience, but it's worth mentioning as a minor drawback. - fv******Combination SkinSensitive SkinApr 16, 2024
I find the Aekyung hand wash to be gentler compared to other hand soaps, which is great I tried the green grape scent because of the positive reviews, but it felt artificial to me. After washing, the scent changes and becomes unpleasant, making the fragrance the worst aspect - Hwahae UserCombination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 20, 2024
I love how rich and foamy it is! That's why I've been using this product exclusively every day. Hmm... It's a bit drying, which is disappointing. That's why I'm thinking of trying the premium line. - rj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 11, 2024
First off, this is undoubtedly a classic pump hand soap, isn't it? As you all know, it's great. But let me break it down a bit more: 1. It deserves full marks for eliminating that sticky feeling you get with regular soap. 2. The fragrance is lovely - there's a subtle, pleasant sweet scent that lingers after washing. (Though if I hadn't known it was green grape scented, I might have just thought it was generically 'sweet') 3. The lather is wonderfully rich. 4. It even manages to remove some pen marks from your hands. This product truly excels at its core function as a hand soap. The pump might require a bit too much force for little ones to use easily. Let's be eco-friendly and economical - use this bottle once, then switch to refills. - rn******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2023
It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean and has a lovely scent. The refill option makes it super convenient - you just need to replace the cartridge. Occasionally, there are issues with the packaging. Sometimes the pump gets stuck and won't dispense. It's not a deal-breaker though, as you can usually fix it by pulling the pump back out. - lo*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 5, 2023
I love it! The scent is lovely and it has great cleansing effectiveness. It's definitely my favorite! The refills are never in stock whenever I look. It seems like they don't even sell them. It's a bit disappointing that you can only buy the original product.
