(I use a cotton pad to gently wipe my skin with toner or essence, then apply a troubled skin lotion or emulsion to finish.)

 I haven't fully tested the makeup removal capabilities of this product yet, but based on my observations, the mild acidity suggests the cleansing power may be a bit lower compared to other products.

My skin is dry, oily, and sensitive, and it has been dull lately, causing me a lot of stress. But when the cleanser arrived, I was pleasantly surprised even before using it - the lemon verbena or lemon herb scent was so refreshing and vitamin-like. The formula is a thick, creamy white that becomes a rich, smooth lather when mixed with water. I was amazed at how gentle it was on my sensitive skin, as it did not cause any breakouts.
