I've been using this product since I was very young. I highly recommend it for babies too. The formula is so gentle that it doesn't cause itching even when it touches the back, and there's no feeling of dryness. It's fragrance-free and doesn't produce a rich lather. Not recommended for those with oily scalps or for middle and high school students. If you use only this shampoo continuously, you might feel like your hair is getting a bit greasy. I recommend using a shampoo with better cleansing effectiveness about twice a week. - 04*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2023
I really liked how gentle and soft it was. The foam lathered up better than I expected, giving a nice clean feeling. The lack of fragrance was noticeable, but it didn't make it uncomfortable to use. - dh*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSep 4, 2022
- I appreciate that this shampoo follows a 'no-poo' concept, using natural amino acid surfactants instead of synthetic ones. - In terms of lather, I find one pump is enough to work up a good foam on my hair, with a second pump for thorough cleansing. - However, the high price point is a drawback, especially considering the amount you get. It's frustrating that you need to use 2-3 pumps each time, which means it runs out quickly. - Also, after using this shampoo, my hair feels quite stiff. Apparently, this is due to the lack of chemical additives. I've noticed they've been doing live broadcasts on Naver Shopping lately. You might be able to snag it at a better price if you buy during one of those events. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 15, 2021
I loved how gentle it was without causing any itching. Even after washing my hair multiple times, there was no irritation. The cleansing effectiveness seemed a bit weak, which was slightly disappointing. Everything else was fine though. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 29, 2021
During the time I used 4 bottles of this, my scalp became much healthier. Hair loss noticeably decreased, and both scalp itchiness and oiliness disappeared. It's a bit pricey. I wish the quantity was larger. When you first start using it, apply it morning and evening to control oiliness. Once your scalp adapts, once a day is sufficient. - ca*******Combination SkinRecommendedMay 15, 2021
The ingredients are listed as high-quality, so I can use it with peace of mind. It doesn't lather well, which made washing my hair challenging at first. - my*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2021
This shampoo truly feels gentle and mild, perfect for sensitive scalps. For my slightly oily scalp, it wasn't quite ideal. My fine, limp hair became even more weighed down due to the slight residue it left behind. By evening, my hair felt as greasy as if I hadn't washed it at all. However, this is likely due to my scalp's characteristics. For those with dry scalps, this shampoo could be excellent. - at********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 26, 2021
Gentle ingredients and doesn't leave hair feeling greasy. Gives a squeaky clean feeling after shampooing. When brushing hair after it dries, a white powder-like substance comes off... apparently it's protein powder, which is quite annoying. How thoroughly do I need to rinse to prevent this powder from appearing? Everything else is great except for this powder issue. Make sure to rinse your hair extremely thoroughly when washing. - hy********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2020
- Less hair loss - Best choice for problematic scalps Compared to anti-hair loss shampoos packed with various ingredients, using this alone has resulted in less hair fall and I'm very satisfied. New hair keeps sprouting up like antennae. The description of being close to 'no-poo' is spot on. With minimal ingredients, it's the best shampoo for those with scalp issues. If this doesn't work for you, you might be in for a tough time... - Dead skin cells build-up - Lack of fragrance, lather, and leaves hair feeling stiff, among other issues I used it satisfactorily for a few years, but when used alone, it doesn't properly remove dead skin cells. I was using it well until the dead skin started to appear. For those with robust scalps, there are many alternatives, so you don't necessarily need to use this. You'll likely find more disappointing aspects like the lack of lather and fragrance. I use this in conjunction with Aromatica shampoo. When I feel like there's too much dead skin build-up, I use Aromatica. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 17, 2020
I have seborrheic dermatitis, so my scalp was always super greasy. Even washing my hair 2-3 times wouldn't remove the oil! But oh my goodness! This shampoo removes oil so well that my hair feels squeaky clean. I'm absolutely in love with it! None. This is the only shampoo I've ever used that actually cleans my greasy hair effectively.
