The best tip is simply to use it consistently and diligently! As you can see in the photo, I'm someone who struggles with numerous scalp blemishes. At its worst, there's constantly scabbing from blood and inflammation. However, after about two weeks of regular use, I noticed the blemishes had significantly subsided. It's rare for my scalp to feel pain-free and normal, so I'm thrilled to have found such a great product. I plan to continue monitoring the results until I finish the entire bottle.

However, to spray a larger quantity, you need to either press gently multiple times or apply more pressure for a single, larger spray.

After coloring my hair and with winter approaching, my scalp was dry and I was getting blemishes. But after spraying the Repolycl hair tonic before bed, my scalp felt moisturized and much calmer.

It's great to use after showering. Spraying it on the scalp when it's still soft feels refreshing! I gently pat it from the crown of my head with my fingertips to help absorption. It's good for blood circulation and feels cool. When going out, I usually just spray it on my crown and part line. (It works well as a perfume too!)

I wish the spray nozzle was more compact, making it easier to apply directly to the scalp! I think it's designed this way because it's meant for both hair and scalp use. I wanted to apply it carefully to my scalp since that's where I saw the most benefits, but that was a bit challenging. Also, the spray becomes stiff when used continuously. While the product itself is great, I really hope they redesign the container! Personally, I prefer unscented products, so the fragrance was a bit disappointing for me. I don't like having a scent in my room when I sleep. It wasn't bad when used before going out though. And the price is quite steep... However, you can tell it contains good ingredients, so I think it's better than reducing the quality to lower the price.
