When I applied it before bed, there was a slight feeling of my skin becoming softer... For me, the cream felt a bit heavy. I tried this because the CNP Reset Barrier Cream I used before was discontinued. Honestly, the texture of the Reset Cream was lighter and more pleasant. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 4, 2024
It absorbs well, has a calming effect, and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after application. I can even apply it twice without any pilling, making it great to use before makeup. If you have oily skin, you might notice a bit of shine after using this product. - ha***********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 23, 2023
I really like it! My skin doesn't feel dry or rough anymore. Instead, it feels smooth and silky. The downside is that I don't see any dramatic changes in my skin, which is a bit disappointing. - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticitySep 7, 2022
I tried this product when it was given as a freebie with my peeling product purchase. They said it was a soothing cream. Despite its rich texture, strangely, it seemed to make my skin feel drier over time. At first, it left a thin oily film that felt a bit heavy, but as the residue disappeared, I felt increasing dryness. I had to layer it on thickly several times. Also, I'm concerned that PEG is high up on the ingredients list. - 4k********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 24, 2022
Ladies, many of you experience blemishes during your menstrual cycle, right? Since discovering this product, I've been tackling those period-related skin issues with this Madecassoside cream! When applied as the final step in your skincare routine on troubled areas, you might not see dramatic results overnight, but after 2-3 days of use, you'll notice a significant improvement. I'm already on my second tube, which shows how much I adore this product! While it's a bit pricey, I believe it's worth every penny. It seems to provide proper care for gentle, sensitive, and super sensitive skin. The quantity is a bit disappointing considering the price. It's definitely not a budget-friendly option, but I'd recommend it to those looking to combat blemishes effectively. Try using this Madecassoside cream to calm those menstrual cycle-induced blemishes. Gentlemen, for those of you dealing with razor bumps on your chin, applying this cream to those areas can help them heal quickly! - hy******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 11, 2022
My skin, which never had a single blemish, suddenly started flaring up with redness after I began wearing a mask, leading to the worst skin period of my life... After trying everything, I finally went back to using this product that I used to use without issues, and it's made a huge improvement! It was sufficiently hydrating for my dry skin, and I didn't experience any side effects like breakouts. When I apply two layers at night before bed, I wake up with slightly oily skin, but it looks much cleaner overall. There's nothing particularly bad... Perhaps it might be a bit rich to use under makeup? It seems like it would be much better suited for those with dry skin. It seems to work well in combination with Dr. Althoo serum. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedAug 2, 2022
The texture is delightfully rich and it maintains hydration well. The fragrance is also quite pleasant. It's a bit too matte for summer use. It's just okay, I'll give it another try. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 18, 2022
Application: Smooth and gentle Absorption: Quickly absorbs Moisturizing power: Lasts until the next day My skin is extremely sensitive and prone to blemishes. Usually, applying any product causes my skin to react badly, and I also have seborrheic dermatitis. I can't use other products, but when I apply this, my skin calms down... It doesn't sting at all. Plus, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry! The only downside is the price... There's absolutely nothing else to complain about. I'll definitely keep using this in the future. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2022
I've been using this for over 5 years, and I often get compliments on my skin With the tube's redesign, even the minor drawbacks have disappeared! Highly recommended - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2022
I rarely write reviews because it's time-consuming, but I'm writing this one because this product absolutely must not be discontinued! I used to apply moisturizers just out of habit, and I've tried everything from department store brands to drugstore options without feeling particularly impressed. But this one? It's amazing - my skin's texture has improved and I'm getting that Inner Glow! You can actually see the results. I think it would work well for people with similar skin types to mine. I have normal to dry skin that's not extremely dry, not acne-prone combination, and not oily. I don't experience deep dryness, but I do get dead skin cells when the seasons change. I don't get major blemishes, but I do get a lot of small bumps (usually due to lack of hydration and sleep...) and some whiteheads on my nose. My skin produces sebum due to dehydration, but because my pores are small, it can't escape, resulting in those small bumps and whiteheads. Typically, my skin doesn't absorb moisturizers or foundation well - they just sit on top, so I often look better without makeup. My skin looks good on the surface with no major issues, but there are a lot of small sebum-related problems (probably due to not drinking enough water). After using this, those small bumps I used to squeeze every day after washing my face have almost disappeared, and my whiteheads have significantly reduced. Plus, my skin has this beautiful glow as if I've had a great night's sleep! I love how it feels too. Most moisturizers for dry skin are so rich they don't absorb well and end up all over my pillow, which is so frustrating. But this one absorbs well and feels like it's creating a protective layer without being sticky. My mom, who has extremely dry skin, thought it wouldn't do much, but for me, it's perfect. Just because something feels moisturizing doesn't mean it's good, especially for skin that doesn't absorb well like mine. The scent is also great - it's not floral or typically cosmetic, but a very subtle, refreshing scent like soda that disappears after application. I've never finished a moisturizer before, but I'm on my second jar of this one. I'm glad I bought a lot from the home shopping channel, because it really shouldn't be discontinued! Sorry for the long review, but to sum up, this is perfect for normal to dry skin that's prone to sebum production due to dehydration but doesn't have major blemishes. The small amount and relatively high price...? There's not really anything I dislike about it, but it would be more affordable if they offered it on home shopping channels more often.
