Even though I have oily skin, I find this to be a great first toner to use. When my skin feels heated, I put some cotton pads soaked in the toner in a ziplock bag and keep them in the refrigerator to use later.
Cons
Before the reformulation, I used to stock up on this toner as my go-to seasonal toner. But after the reformulation, I don't know what happened, but whenever I use the product, the areas behind my ears, on my cheeks, and around my chin start to feel irritated. Small, rough bumps appear and the itchiness persists, so I have to wash my face right away. 🥲 I tried using it one more time, but it still felt irritating, so I gave it to my mom..ㅜㅜ It's a shame.

It is very good for cleansing. There is no greasiness at all. It flows like water and is not quickly absorbed or evaporated. After cleansing and applying 2-3 times, I'm not sure if it provides enough moisture, as it is completely watery... I'm sensitive to fragrances, but the scent is not too strong, so I can still apply it.

After the renewal, you should try a different product. The rose scent is just so-so.

After the renewal, it's really not good.. When I cleanse my face once, my face turns red and stings. I used to use it for several bottles, but now I'm going to switch to something else.

After using just a colorless, odorless toner for a long time, I was happy to use a rose-scented toner again, as the fragrant scent made me feel good with every application. 🌹 The moisturizing effect was definitely good, and the thin consistency made it feel like it absorbed better. I tried it after winning the Hwahae Trial Reviewer lottery🐥 Even though it was Rose Water, I didn't think the rose scent would be that strong, but it was really great and I felt like there was a lot of rose in it:) When I used toners from other brands, there was a dry feeling, but with this product, my skin felt moisturized even just with the toner! (I heard that after using it for 1-2 weeks, my skin got better ㅎㅎ) I was worried that there would be a sticky feeling left after applying the right amount on my hands, but there was no stickiness at all and the absorption was very fast! The quick and moisturizing absorption 👍👍 The packaging is also so pretty and beautiful!!!!!
