If you're wondering whether to buy the best toner I've used so many of, I highly recommend it! The rose scent is so lovely, and the ingredients are gentle and clean. Using the wrong cosmetics can really mess up your skin, but this one has been good for me.

I am not there, but if someone dislikes the scent of roses, they may dislike it as well!!!

Pros
My skin is dry, so it's difficult to feel moisturized after just one application, but after 3-5 applications, it creates a moisturized skin. The scent is nice and gentle, and there's no burden in using it, so I've been using it continuously after trying it once. :) I think I'll continue using this Hwahae toner going forward!
Cons
i'm still using it well, so there's really nothing disappointing about it!
Tip
At first, gently wipe with a cotton pad, then pat it on the skin 3 times to allow it to be absorbed, and you can feel your skin become deeply moisturized!!

Pure water toner is not irritating and can be used daily! Before drying your hair, just gently pat on some rose water toner, and when applying the lotion, it doesn't feel too dry anymore 👍🏻
Cons

The water-based skin care product is incredibly good value for money. I used to be loyal to the IOPE Bio Essence, but it was expensive and didn't last long, so I switched to this. It's a great cost-effective item, moisturizing and gentle. For daily use, nothing beats this!!!!! I bought the large size and use it as a mist, toner, and cleansing water.
Cons
The downside is... if you apply too much to the butterfly zone (nose area), it gets oily! The rose water toner doesn't seem to be completely devoid of oil either (this may be because it is pore-minimizing)

This is a review written after using up the entire product! My skin is dry, but it does a good job of replenishing moisture. I apply a generous amount each time, and despite having sensitive skin, I'm able to use it without experiencing significant irritation, which I really appreciate.
Cons
It seems to have no functions other than moisture. It doesn't seem to be of great help in improving skin texture. When the skin is sensitive, applying it multiple times can cause a slight irritation.
