Like a Photoshop blur filter in a bottle! 😄 I have this troublesome area with enlarged pores and excess sebum around my nose and cheeks. When I dab a bit of this on before foundation, it really helps to calm those pores down. While it doesn't make everything perfectly smooth, it definitely absorbs oil and softens the appearance of blemishes - that's what I love most about it. The texture has a slight silicone feel, but it's not overly slippery. When you pat it in with your fingers, it adheres beautifully to your skin, following its natural contours. It even seems to improve the staying power of my makeup! It's especially great for summer or sweaty days. Applying it around the nose area noticeably reduces oiliness, helping my makeup stay put longer. For this price point, I think the results are quite impressive. I've found it particularly effective for managing my T-zone. I have lots of pores in my T-zone and butterfly zone, but if I apply this primer well before makeup, rolling it on, it neatly covers the pores when doing base makeup. The application is smooth, and the ingredients are good, so I reach for it more often than other primers.
Cons

You can spread just a quarter of a bean-sized amount all over your face. When you apply this and then put on foundation, it can give you a smooth, pore-less skin expression. If you apply it around your laugh lines, it can make the laugh lines disappear as if you've powdered them. It's great for covering fine lines and pores, and it even controls oiliness - it's a triple threat.

I've tried out all kinds of primers from Olive Young, but when I applied this one, it immediately made my skin feel soft and light, almost as if I hadn't applied anything at all!! Yet, it still managed to blur my pores and cover up my wrinkles!!! I have some wrinkles under my eyes, and when I applied this, it definitely helped minimize the creasing when I used a cushion foundation. It really fills in the pores well, and I think I got a great deal considering the affordable price.
Cons
I don't see any downsides, so I'm not sure why you keep pestering me about it.
