The best part about using up the entire bottle was that it felt refreshing, so even those with oily skin could use it comfortably in the summer!! For those with dry skin, it could be used even in the winter without any issues! The texture was smooth and the absorption was decent, making it a suitable product to use without any problems!! There were no breakouts during use, and my skin felt smoother, which I really liked~
Cons
I have extremely dry skin, and when I used this product during the transitional seasons, I felt it lacked sufficient moisture, so those with extremely dry skin may find it lacking in hydration outside of the summer season. I initially thought the scent was a bit like grass, but I never really got used to it... And the lack of an included spatula was also disappointing.

The application was incredibly smooth. It really felt like it just melted into the skin. It's suitable for use in the fall or winter. Using it in the fall or winter provides just the right amount of moisture. I didn't notice any calming effects, though.
Cons
As I continued using it and transitioned into spring when it got warmer, I started seeing some whiteheads appear, and my previously clear cheeks developed acne..This product completely transformed my skin into an acne-prone complexion.

This is my first time being selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer, and I'm leaving a review after using the product for a month! I have quite oily skin with severe acne scars and enlarged pores with dark spots. The best thing about using this product is that it has remarkable absorption and smooth application. Previously, I used the Physiogel Facial Cream (no disrespect intended), which had a lot of oil content, and I had to roll it on my skin for a long time. But with this product, I only need to apply it a few times with my fingertips, and it absorbs quickly with a smooth application! And most importantly, the improvement in my skin condition is remarkable! My acne scars have visibly faded, my skin maintains hydration even after prolonged outdoor activities, and my pores have shrunk and dark spots have somewhat improved (this is just my personal opinion, so please don't take it as gospel). I would recommend this product to those who are struggling with similar skin concerns as mine!

There's not much negative to say, but as many others have mentioned, the packaging can be a bit tricky. Every time you open the airtight lid, your fingerprints get left behind, and you have to try to open it with a cloth, which can be a hassle. Another point, which can be both a pro and a con, is that the product is so effective that it doesn't wash off easily with just water. You definitely need to use a cleansing product to remove it properly before reapplying.

I'd recommend storing it in the refrigerator! I didn't do it consistently, but it seems to have a soothing effect. Highly recommended!!! Also, use a spatula! If you have long nails, there's a risk of bacterial transfer, so be sure to use a spatula to scoop out the product.

*Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review* My skin type is sensitive and dry. The fragrance is a personal preference, but I personally liked it. It didn't cause any discomfort, so it was easy to apply on my skin. The texture was quite moisturizing and spreadable, similar to a snail cream. This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. I have an overall oily complexion, but my cheeks and forehead are dry and turn red even with light cleansing, so I have sensitive skin. The product has a moist but not watery texture, more like a slightly creamy ointment. It's much thicker than the popular Dr.G Aqua Soothing Cream, but it applies well and doesn't feel irritating or heating at all - it's very gentle. After double cleansing and wiping with a Hada Labo toner, I scoop out about a fingertip's worth and apply it. You can't feel it if you don't touch it, but when you do, you can sense a slight tackiness. However, it doesn't feel heavy at all. Even as the weather gets hotter, I don't experience any dryness after applying it. Also, after using it twice a day for over a week to write this review, I haven't seen any breakouts or redness. It's perfect for those like me who only use a toner and one other product.
Cons
It's hard to know for sure until I've tried it in all 4 seasons, but as summer approaches, I feel like my oil production is more active in the mornings after using this. It seems a bit thicker than the products I usually use, so it may be harder to use in the peak of summer. There are also times when I can feel it slightly pilling if I lightly rub my fingers over it. But I think it will be comfortable to use in spring, fall, and winter. The price is not exactly cheap. The container is a bit smaller than I expected, just over two finger widths, so it's noticeably smaller than my usual Dr.G Aqua Soothing Cream and Dr.Belmeur Panthenol Soothing Cream. Of course, it's still less expensive than those, but considering the size and volume, it may not be as affordable as it first seems.
