The spreadability was good and I found that even a small amount was enough to keep my skin moisturized. Just one dab on each cheek was sufficient to cover my entire face. Surprisingly, it had a bit more oiliness than I expected based on the product description - I thought it would be more like a soothing gel, but it actually has a thicker, more jelly-like texture, almost like a marshmallow. I was expecting the texture to be more like the Angel Moisture Cream, but it's quite different. After using it for a week, I didn't notice much improvement in my blemishes, but I was surprised that it helped even out my skin tone.

I've been using the Dr.G Aqua Soothing Cream, and in comparison, the 'Derma Relief Moisture Cream' feels a bit heavier. The Dr.G Aqua Soothing Cream just feels like pure hydration, while the Acnes Cream is thicker and richer in texture than a regular moisturizer, but it seems to provide abundant nourishment to the skin. It's moisturizing and I found that using this product alone in the evening was sufficient.
