While it absorbs well, instead of just swiping it on, try patting it on for a more natural and even application!

1. If there's moisture on your lips, it applies unevenly, skipping those areas. It goes on patchy! Difficult to apply right after brushing your teeth!
Also, make sure to clean off any foundation on your lips thoroughly before applying, or you'll get a patchy result.

2. It's drying. You always need to use it with a lip balm. If you use this product alone, dead skin cells will appear immediately, so when using it, either pair it with a lip balm or exfoliate your lips first!
