Pros
When applied, it spreads out in a smooth, gel-like texture with plenty of moisture. But when water is added, it becomes light and bubbly, allowing for a thorough cleansing of the pores during makeup removal. This was great as it allowed me to remove my initial makeup while also doing a detailed cleansing of my skin.
Cons
