Since my face is on the dry side, this water-based toner doesn't really suit me. Lacking in moisturizing power, it feels a bit irritating when applying it with a cotton pad.

It felt like it was wiped clean and clean when I wiped it off. It's not greasy. It seems to suit all skin types well. It's the type of skin that oily, troubled skin that prefers cleanliness would like. But it's not a dry type either.
