As someone with sensitive skin, I found this cleanser to be effective without causing any irritation. It also works as a massage cream, making it great for those with dry skin during autumn and winter. It effortlessly removes even heavy makeup! I can't imagine using regular makeup remover anymore. The cream formula glides on like an emulsion, and with a gentle massage, it wipes everything away cleanly. Cleansing effectiveness is top-notch! There's a slight slippery feeling after rinsing with water, but it's not really an issue since I follow up with a cleansing foam for double cleansing anyway. I was a bit surprised by the unfamiliar scent at first, though.

Anyway, I used it despite feeling uneasy. It felt slippery, and the scent was a bit unique, but it was okay. It did remove makeup, though. A second cleanse is definitely necessary. Is it supposed to be filled with water like this? It wasn't 'perfect' as the name suggests. Surprisingly gentle I have super sensitive skin that usually turns red after using products, but this was fine! However, there are some ingredients to be cautious about, so those with extremely sensitive skin might want to avoid it. Scent I was expecting a brown sugar smell because of the 'Black Sugar' name, but was surprised to find it has more of a lemony scent. How interesting! Great value I bought it for 9000 won at We*f, and it's really good value for money! It's affordable enough to use generously when exfoliating. Texture It applies smoothly, just like a water-based sunscreen. So easy to spread! Double cleansing necessary The product glides on smoothly at first, but once you add water, it gets a bit slippery. You'll definitely need to follow up with a cleansing foam for a thorough cleanse. Slight tightness after washing I don't usually experience much tightness, but after using this and following with foam cleansing, I noticed a slight feeling of deep dryness. Wash with lukewarm water for an extended time!

However, I'm not satisfied with their cleansing effectiveness. Oil cleansers or dedicated lip and eye makeup removers seem to clean more thoroughly without leaving residue. I wonder if all cleansing creams are like this? They don't remove makeup well, and after washing, my skin feels too rich and slippery, requiring a second cleanse. I love how it removes makeup gently without irritation and leaves my skin feeling moisturized! While the effects aren't immediate, after using it consistently for over a month, I've noticed it seems to help with removing dead skin cells too. The cleansing effectiveness is incredibly good. It doesn't sting my eyes at all. Even stubborn eyeliner or mascara comes off easily with just a few swipes! It removes makeup effectively and doesn't have an unpleasant scent. The large size means I can use it for a long time. It's really inconvenient that it's not in a tube. It takes a while to scoop out the product with a spatula.
