I used it without any issues, though not frequently due to my bangs. Since I didn't use it often, I can't really pinpoint any drawbacks. - oc*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2022
As someone with an oily complexion and no bangs, I found this product's shape perfect for easy, broad strokes. The dark brown shade applies without any redness and isn't too intense, making it ideal for a natural makeup look. It would be great for men looking to subtly fill in their brows too. I didn't realize it was a vegan product when I bought it, but I'm impressed that it doesn't compromise on effectiveness. While there weren't any major drawbacks, there is a significant price difference between regular and sale prices. I'd recommend stocking up during sales. Purchasing two shades and blending them could create a more dimensional brow look. - il***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 11, 2022
One-line review: Draws like my natural eyebrows, not like Crayon Shin-chan's! I first received this as part of an event and wasn't expecting much after testing it on the back of my hand. But wow, did I change my mind when I tried it on my eyebrows! It's such a natural-looking brow product. I dislike when eyebrows look too dark as it can make your expression seem harsh and your makeup too heavy. This product naturally fills in the sparse areas of my brows, which I love. The flat pencil shape makes it easy to apply, and there's no need for sharpening. The brush on the other end is nice and full, perfect for blending and creating a natural gradient. The grip is comfortable too. I highly recommend this for everyday use. On the downside, since it's not a sharp pencil type, you can't create very fine, detailed lines. However, this isn't a major issue since a more natural look tends to create a more harmonious makeup appearance anyway. Using this product for your brows is definitely a pro tip! - la*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 25, 2021
The color is rich and intense. It's fantastic that you can draw in areas where there's no hair. I highly recommend this for those with sparse eyebrows. It applies very quickly in one stroke, which means if you make a mistake, it's quite difficult to correct. Apply it lightly and then use a spoolie brush to blend it out for a natural look. - a0**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedOct 20, 2021
The 01 Dark Brown shade is a natural and beautiful brown. I love that it doesn't have much redness. There's hardly any clumping, and it looks natural even without twisting the screw at the back. I've used it a few times and it's great that I can still draw sharp lines. I used to struggle with drawing eyebrows, but this makes it easy to create a natural and pretty look! I've been using it for a month, and while it's gotten slightly blunt, it doesn't affect the application at all. When I run out, I'm 100% going to repurchase. While it applies naturally, if you prefer a more intense and clean look, you might need to go over it with a thin pencil. The staying power is average. - so**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 8, 2021
The color payoff is incredibly natural, so even those of us with less-than-steady hands can draw our eyebrows without worrying about the 'crayon brow' effect! With my previous products, I had to use a spoolie brush to blend extensively after application for a natural look, but with this brow pencil, that extra step isn't necessary. The thin lead allows for precise, hair-like strokes, which is especially great for detailing areas like the front of the brows or the tail where you need more finesse. The natural color payoff is both a pro and a con. It's so subtle that it can be hard to see the product at first. You need to apply quite a bit of pressure to get even a light color, which can be a bit inconvenient. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2021
I've been using Innisfree's 3500 won eyebrow pencil without any issues, but I was curious about the Simple Label Line brow pencil, so I gave it a try. The dark brown shade is the darkest option and works well for those with black or natural brown hair, giving a natural look. The pencil tip isn't blunt but angled, allowing for thin lines even though it's not a skinny brow pencil. I usually use Benefit's Precisely My Brow to create hair-like strokes, but this one has a long, thin, angled tip that makes it easy to draw individual hairs. The only downside is that the brow brush attached to the end feels too short, making it a bit difficult to properly groom and set the brows. - ha********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 29, 2021
I've been using two brow products that I really like. First, there's the Shu Uemura Hard Formula. While it's not necessarily the best out there, I appreciate how smoothly it applies compared to other pencils. It rarely clumps when I'm drawing my brows, which is a big plus. Then there's the Benefit Precisely My Brow. Although I've made color mistakes twice with this one, it's still my favorite among the thin brow pencils. One of the reasons I keep using it is its firm brow brush - even if I've filled in my brows roughly with the Shu Uemura, a quick brush through makes them look natural. Before these two, I used to rely on flat eyebrow pencils. They worked well, but sometimes clumped when I had to apply multiple layers, and it was challenging to draw thin lines. The Innisfree Simple Label Brow seems to have addressed these issues. The formula feels harder, but the angled tip makes it easy to draw thin lines. The color is a nice dark brown that should work well for most people, unless you have dyed or bleached hair. Even when I used flat eyebrow pencils, the built-in brush wasn't particularly strong, but with the Simple Label, it's even worse. The bristles are longer but lack firmness, making it difficult to shape my thick, long brows that tend to have a mind of their own. While I really like the brow pencil itself and use it regularly, I've switched to using the brush from my Benefit product instead. - al********Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 14, 2021
✓ I'm a fan of Shu-e00 Hard Formula and 00ttaum Mad Formula ✓ My eyebrow hair is thicker at the front than the back ✓ My eyebrows are generally light, so I need to completely recreate them ✓ I dislike straight, thick eyebrows and aim for a natural eyebrow look ✓ I'm not great at drawing my eyebrows in one go ✓ I have natural, black hair I tried the 01 Dark Brown shade. ✓ First off, I usually use Ash Brown, but Dark Brown was great too! With summer here, my eyebrows have a slight brown tint, giving an overall brighter look which I love. ✓ I typically use pencil-type eyebrow products. I tend to break twist-up products easily, so I've always stuck to sharpenable pencils. This product hasn't broken yet and I'm using it well! ✓ I'm not very skilled at drawing eyebrows, so I often erase, redraw, correct with a cotton swab, and blend out clumps. This product is thin, so it doesn't draw thick lines all at once. It's great for people like me who can't draw eyebrows in one go - you can draw hair by hair! ✓ I prefer to taper the tail of my eyebrows thinly. Usually, sharpenable types aren't thin enough, making it difficult to draw the tail. (I often draw it thick and then erase with a cotton swab to make it sharp) This product is thin enough to draw a sharp tail without needing to correct with a cotton swab, which I loved. ✓ Being a vegan product, it's gentle and didn't cause any blemishes on my eyebrows! As expected from Innisfree, it's vegan! ✓ This product doesn't clump much, so I didn't use the brush at the end often, but having an all-in-one brush is convenient. It was great for blending the front of the brows! The brush is usable, so I think I'll use it together with the pencil. I thought it was touch-proof, but maybe I touch my eyebrows too often - I found I needed to touch up the tail of my eyebrows midday! - su********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 10, 2021
My first impression was that the packaging seemed slightly thicker compared to before, giving it a more robust feel. Upon opening, as described, the side view revealed an incredibly thin brow pencil with a spoolie brush at the other end. I tried to draw on my hand, but it didn't work! (Being a hard formula, it needs some oil, meaning it applies best on made-up skin.) When I used it during my makeup routine, the thin tip made it easy to draw desired lines and fill in brows with precision. The color looks natural, and it applies so smoothly that you don't need to press hard! The only downside might be that it seems to fade a bit easily, but I'd still repurchase it.
