As someone who applies sunscreen daily and has been a loyal Sidmool fan for 10 years, I was thrilled to see their 1+1 promotion and had to grab it. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't leave a white cast or dry out my skin. I love that I can apply it directly to my face without getting my hands messy. Unlike regular sunscreens that can feel sticky and require constant hand-washing, this one is super convenient! And with the promotion, the price is incredibly affordable too!
ConsThe expiration date on the packaging smudges easily... I understand they're focusing on product quality over packaging, but even writing with a regular marker smears. Since it's only available on the official Sidmool website, new customers looking for a mineral sunscreen stick might overlook this product. I have very dry skin, so I apply a moisturizing balm before this sunscreen. However, because it doesn't leave a white cast, I'm unsure if I'm applying it correctly. It feels slippery, making me question its effectiveness as a sunscreen stick. I think I'll go back to my regular sunscreen once this is finished.
TipRather than applying it over a slippery moisturizer, I recommend using a light hydrating cream underneath for better results.

It provides a slight brightening effect, perfect for a quick application before stepping out bare-faced. It's quite hydrating, and being a mineral sunscreen, it has gentle ingredients and doesn't sting the eyes.
ConsIt can clump a bit when applying, so you need to spread it out with your hands. Personally, I don't find any major drawbacks... I'm considering repurchasing.

Maybe because it's in stick form? There's practically no white cast, it applies smoothly, and it's easy to wash off. Guys, if you're looking for a fuss-free option, this is the one for you!
ConsThe quantity is on the smaller side. If you're using it daily as part of your sun protection routine, it might not last as long as you'd hope.

Its compact size makes it perfect for on-the-go use.
ConsIf you have oily skin, be sure to control excess oil every 5 hours with blotting papers after application.
TipCarry blotting papers with you to manage oil throughout the day, and make sure to double cleanse to remove the sunscreen thoroughly.

The stick format makes it convenient to apply outdoors.
ConsI didn't find anything particularly disappointing. The small size makes it portable too.

It's fragrance-free, colorless, and leaves no white cast. The application is smooth and satisfying.
ConsThe only downside is the slightly small quantity. I wish there was a bit more product in the stick...

It's the most powdery and smooth-applying mineral sunscreen stick I've used so far, gliding on effortlessly.
ConsIt's slightly on the smaller side. If it were a bit wider, it would be easier to apply.

I bought it during a 1+1 sale at Sidmool towards the end of summer and have been using it since. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it leaves almost no white cast, just a slight brightening effect. It has a high SPF, yet feels gentle on the skin. The ingredients are mild, and being a stick format, it's easy to apply around the eyes without causing irritation, which I really appreciate. It glides on smoothly and feels moisturizing. Occasionally it may clump a bit when applying, but gently patting it in solves the issue.
ConsWhile it's moisturizing, it doesn't leave a matte finish. There's a bit of stickiness to it. So when I use only this sunstick without makeup, I sometimes set it with a no-sebum powder in certain areas. Despite its high SPF, I somehow feel like it might not provide sufficient protection. Towards the end of summer, after using this and going out, I felt like my dark spots had become more noticeable. However, I'm not entirely sure about this, so please take this observation with a grain of salt. Personally, I plan to use a different sunscreen in summer and reserve this one for the rest of the year.
TipMake sure to fully retract the stick and close the cap properly to prevent the edges from getting damaged. It's a good idea to purchase this during their 1+1 sale, which seems to be still ongoing.

Being a sunstick, it's convenient to apply. The formula isn't too soft, so it doesn't smudge easily. It offers high protection against both UVA and UVB rays.
ConsIt feels a bit too oily on the skin. There's a noticeable stickiness. After application, it can feel somewhat heavy on the face.
TipI wouldn't recommend this for facial use. It's sticky and leaves an oily feeling.

It's great that it has less white cast compared to tone-up sunscreens. When I inquired, they said it's non-nano. While the typical heavy feeling of mineral sunscreens is unavoidable, it feels moisturizing when applied... It's hydrating without feeling particularly sticky.
ConsIt can clump sometimes, but it's fine once you spread it out. It's far from giving a powdery finish. Also, it leaves a slightly shiny look.
TipThey're doing a buy-one-get-one-free deal, so it's good value for money!
