Pros
My skin was flaky and makeup wasn't adhering well, so I tried this gentle peeling gel from Rockys. It surprised me with how effectively yet gently it removed dead skin cells without irritation. The gel formula transforms into little beads as you massage it, softly sloughing off stubborn dead skin. After rinsing, my skin felt hydrated and smooth, not tight at all. I think the tea tree ingredient helped reduce redness and blemishes too. It's perfect for using once or twice a week - a mild exfoliator that really delivers!
Cons
The lightweight texture can feel a bit dry if you rub it on your skin for too long, as the moisture evaporates. If you have dry skin, make sure to follow up with a moisturizer right after use. Also, the exfoliation is so gentle that you might not notice dramatic results, depending on your skin condition. It's better suited for those who prefer mild, low-irritation products rather than intense peeling effects.
Tip
Here's my routine: After cleansing, I apply a thin layer to my dry face, wait about 30 seconds, then gently massage in circular motions. On sensitive days, I focus mainly on my cheeks and chin. When I have more flaky areas, I pay extra attention to my nose and around my mouth. Afterwards, I always follow up with a hydrating cream or soothing gel for calming and moisturizing. Pros
I've been loyal to this product for years now. I briefly tried other products, but they didn't exfoliate well and felt somewhat ineffective. This one, though, gives me the sensation of thoroughly removing all those stubborn dead skin cells! The ingredients are gentle, so it doesn't cause any blemishes, and the price is wallet-friendly too.
Cons
It's disappointing that as soon as you open the tube cap, the formula is a bit runny and tends to ooze out slightly.
Tip
Don't massage for more than a minute as your face might start to tingle. Also, remember to use it on your neck as well.

Pros
It's pretty decent! When I used it on my sensitive skin, it didn't cause any tingling or blemishes. It seems good for gentle, regular dead skin cell management. I didn't experience severe dryness right after using it either.
Cons
Fundamentally... I'm not sure if it's actually effective at exfoliating. I don't really have any intention to repurchase. Why bother?

Pros
1. Affordable price I bought the 120ml + 60ml set on sale for $6.60 in the Olive Young app. Even when it's not on sale, they often have discount events. It's already an inexpensive product, but the discounted price caught my eye! I'd recommend this to students looking for a cost-effective peeling gel. 2. Gentle for a waterless product My previous peeling gel was used with water and caused no irritation. I was worried this waterless product might be harsh, but those concerns were unfounded - it was almost irritation-free for me. The Roccis Tea Tree Peeling Gel has also completed a skin irritation test at the KC Clinical Research Center. I recommend this for combination or oily skin types! 3. Easy at-home care I use the Roccis Tea Tree Peeling Gel about twice a week. As many know, using peeling gels too often can actually cause blemishes. I usually use it the night before an important event. Somehow, using it in the morning of the event feels like it might irritate my skin, so I stick to evening use. It's great that you can do simple at-home care without necessarily going to a dermatologist.
Cons
1. May irritate dry or sensitive skin My skin type is combination, which is why I experienced almost no irritation. I think if I had dry skin, I might have felt some irritation. I wouldn't recommend this for those with dry or sensitive skin. If you have these skin types and want to use a peeling gel, I'd suggest one that can be used with water! 2. Slight dryness after use The website claims it forms a moisture barrier to maintain hydration, but I felt some dryness after use. Of course, I didn't buy it solely based on the website's claims, but it's something to keep in mind if you're considering purchasing.
Tip
Use it the night before an important event! Using it in the morning might cause your makeup to look patchy due to irritation.

Pros
Skin type: deep undertone, combination dehydrated skin, pores, acne, sensitive, scars, redness, lots of peach fuzz, shade 22 I was really worried about my super sensitive skin reacting badly, but there was absolutely no adverse reaction. It's gentle and wonderful. After using this, my skin feels incredibly smooth, skincare products absorb so much better, and my complexion looks beautifully clear. Even when I used it right after popping a pimple, it didn't sting at all and felt fine. It truly prevents those tiny blemishes from forming. I'm prone to dead skin cells build-up, so I use it almost daily. There's zero irritation and my skin never gets upset, so I'll definitely repurchase when I run out.
Cons
My skin does feel quite dry after using it, but it's fine if I follow up with skincare right away.

Pros
After using it, my face feels as smooth as a peeled egg. It's not overly harsh on the skin either.
Cons
I was supposed to use Stridex pads before bed, but I got lazy and used this instead. The next day, my blemishes got worse. I have combination skin and rarely use emulsions. I don't even wash my face in the morning. I usually don't apply anything to my face because of blemishes (at most, I pat on some water-based toner or occasionally apply CeraVe emulsion). I've had blemishes since last January, and due to my habit of scratching my face with my nails, it's only now that they're finally calming down and the scabs are falling off, allowing the skin to heal. Things were improving except for some pigmentation and specific areas, so I was thinking about getting laser treatment at a dermatologist soon. But today, the blemishes that had subsided have flared up again, turning red. Now I might need to get a blemish scaling treatment first. The photos are from yesterday and today. I took a picture yesterday when the scabs fell off, not knowing I'd be using it like this. My face was super oily this morning, so I washed it, and all the dormant blemishes have come to the surface, red and full of yellow pus if squeezed. My mom's asking why my skin's acting up again...
Tip
If you find that products that leave a slippery feeling on your face worsen your blemishes, make your skin oily, or cause itching, absolutely avoid using this.

Pros
Affordable price, perfect size, and adorable design! The tube packaging ensures hygienic use, and it effectively removes dead skin cells without irritation, leaving skin moisturized. Pros
I love how it gently exfoliates without causing much irritation to my face. The scent is pleasantly subtle and uplifting! Since it doesn't contain harsh granules, it seems suitable for sensitive skin types as well.
Cons
The downside is that it tends to get stuck between my fingerprints and is difficult to wash off completely.
