I bought a cushion at the department store and ended up purchasing one for myself as well. Although it was more expensive than the cushion I usually buy, it was great! This is the best cushion I've ever tried. Due to the nature of the cushion formula, I didn't use it much before because of pore coverage or side creasing issues. But even though I know cushions don't usually suit me, I still want to try new products when they come out. However, this one is really great. It's not too thick and applies lightly and naturally. Even when I'm wearing a mask and moving around, there's no side creasing and my skin feels comfortable. The puff that comes with it also works really well together!
Cons
The coverage isn't completely great (around medium-high), but I always finish with a concealer to cover any blemishes, so I really liked it.

My skin used to be combination, but I started to feel a bit dry, and the matte cushion felt stuffy due to the mask. So I went looking for a slightly more moisturizing product and found the Sulwhasoo cushion. Comparing it to the Hera Black Cushion that I used before: * For my combination skin, it starts off moisturizing, with a semi-matte finish (Hera is completely matte). * The 21N1 shade is a good natural tone for me, not too brightening (Hera 21 is too yellow and lacks radiance). I was worried it would be too brightening compared to my neck, but it's not as brightening as the reviews suggested. * It applies thinly (Hera has a higher chance of looking thick). * The coverage is not completely absent, but you'll need concealer for problem areas (Hera has very high coverage). * Even when applied thinly, it covers pores well, expresses texture and glow beautifully (Hera can look cakey). * The skin expression is natural and pretty (Hera can look a bit dull). * The mask transfer is not much, as I apply it thinly and pat it on (Hera also has minimal mask transfer). Sulwhasoo is worth the high price. Even when applied thinly, the pore and skin expression is amazing, without looking cakey. I used to think it was just for older women, but now at 30, I don't think I can use anything else for a while. It's the best I've tried so far!
