It's easy to see why it's known as a high value-for-money product that satisfies the hunger of those with thin wallets. 
The texture, as seen in the photos, is transparent and watery, similar to runny mucus. 
If you were to mix a regular serum with a water-based toner, the result would be something like this. When you hold the dropper above your face, the ampoule just flows down your face.

The low-density formula makes it very smooth and slippery upon application. However, it absorbs very well into the skin.
There is a slight tacky finish, but it's not unpleasant. :)

The more I apply it, the more my skin starts to get inflamed.
My sensitive skin is weak to acidity, and after applying it heavily for a few days, my face feels like it has a burn, and it hurts deep inside. 
I thought it was because of dryness, so I applied even more yesterday and slept, but today my cheek skin feels like it's peeling off and is very painful.
Personally, I don't have any issues with hyaluronic acid.
Looking at the ingredients, the rosemary leaf extract seems to be the suspicious component.
It seems like people with skin sensitive to acidity like me should not use this.
