This is the best essence I've ever used. It's such a shame it's been discontinued. It makes my skin texture look smooth and gives me a nice glow. While the cream in this line tends to pill, the essence is absolutely fantastic. The only downsides are the price and the fact that it's been discontinued... I've seen many reviews mentioning blemishes, but it worked fine for me. This is one of my top 3 favorites from the Sulwhasoo line. It seems to make my skin feel firmer and more supple. The firming effect doesn't last very long. I suppose it's because it absorbs quickly. Absorption: Despite its runny consistency, it spreads evenly on the skin. The subtle herbal scent is quite pleasant. Might be too drying for those with dry skin. The absorption could be better. It's so moisturizing that when I apply it in the evening, my skin still feels firm and great the next morning. I'm on my third bottle now, and I love it so much that I've given it as gifts to my family members. They're all very satisfied with it! The price is quite steep, making it a bit burdensome to use the entire Sulwhasoo line as a full set. I love how it feels like it's plumping up my skin with a bouncy texture. After application, it leaves a subtle glow. I'm not sure about its effectiveness compared to the price. It has a slightly luxurious feel, reminiscent of Mamonde toner. I prefer scented products over unscented ones, so this worked well for me. This is the best Sulwhasoo essence I've tried. The hydration, glow, and firmness are all impeccable. The texture is slightly sticky, but who cares when the results are this good? It's definitely effective for wrinkle improvement. I love how radiant my skin looks after application. It's worth every penny. I can't think of any downsides. It's pricey, but the results are so amazing that it's worth it. For those with oily skin, using just this after toner might be enough. The eye area may feel dry, so I'd recommend applying a small amount of eye cream there.

Great for oily skin types to use lightly during the day. It doesn't feel too greasy. After applying in the morning and wearing it all day, my face feels a bit tight by evening. It's a lightweight serum, but perhaps too light. Also, the online prices vary wildly, making me feel like a sucker for buying it at a department store. I know online prices are usually cheaper, but some sites sell it for less than half the price, which made me wonder what's going on. The sensation when applying the essence was truly delightful. My skin felt noticeably softer and smoother. For my combination skin, it didn't quite hit the mark. After application, my skin felt even oilier than before.
