Even though I have extremely sensitive and allergic skin, it works well for me and I'm using it.
ConsIt does feel a bit slippery and oily, but it's quite good for my dry skin.
TipIf you use a non-oily moisture ampoule first and then apply this, it works great.

Since it's transparent, you can see how much is left. It's a mild serum with a slightly acidic pH and no chemical ingredients, just good ingredients for oily, dry, and sensitive skin. I bought it because I thought it would be good for my skin. Thanks to Hwahae, I've been gradually switching to mild cosmetics, and my skin has improved a lot. The serum has a runny, watery texture, so it doesn't drip or get wasted when applying it. After applying the serum and waiting for it to dry, at first it felt like it was just sitting on top of my skin, but after a few minutes, it seemed to really sink in and hydrate my skin. I'm not sure about the effects yet, but I'll keep using it consistently to see.
ConsThe rubber part of the dropper handle is a bit short, so I've sometimes dropped or slipped it out of my hand. It's a bit slippery... I'd appreciate if this part could be improved. It doesn't get absorbed very well, so I end up having to use it more than once when applying it. When applied, there's a bit of a tacky feeling, and I have to pat it in for a while. But other than that, I don't have any other issues so far. I'll have to use it more to see.
TipIt doesn't seem to be very oily, so I follow up with an oil-free cream with Idebenone to finish my routine.

ConsAfter using a lotion, when trying to use an ampoule, the rubber grip part becomes slippery, making it difficult to use the dropper.

Even if it's a large size, that might not be ideal. However, while I feel the price is appropriate given the good ingredients and quality of the product, it does feel a bit expensive compared to other basic skincare products. This may be because I don't use serums as an essential step. #Packaging -This is usually a minor point, but I had to include it because the Cellbiatte brand made such a great first impression. The handwritten thank-you note, the unexpected cute hand mirror, and the luxurious packaging... Even the simple opaque glass bottle feels elevated. Everything is so beautiful - the brand's philosophy, their customer approach, and the product itself! I might just fall in love with this brand. :)
Cons#Breakout Concerns -Even with great ingredients, I'm very cautious about testing products due to my tendency to break out easily. Fortunately, this product didn't cause any trouble for my skin at all! However, when I first applied it, my skin felt a bit rough on the surface. It wasn't as clear and bouncy, and there was a slight warming sensation. Luckily, that feeling went away quickly, and my skin became clear again. #Not Recommended Skin Types -I wouldn't recommend this just for those who want their hydration needs met by a serum alone. I see serums as an additional step in my skincare routine. For those who use it that way, this product would be better suited.
TipI've tried doing a minimalist skincare routine before, but since I have sensitive skin prone to atopy and dryness, it just didn't work for me..ㅋㅋㅋ And based on the advice I've received from experts, it's important to thoroughly hydrate the inner layers of my skin. So in the winter, my routine is: Mist - Aloe Gel - Serum (added step) - Emulsion, Cream And in the summer, I skip a step or two! A pro tip: Applying the "Aloe Gel" before the serum works really well! It helps soothe any skin irritation while also providing hydration, so it's a great way to get both calming and moisturizing benefits.ㅎㅎ #I took a photo of the product texture to show you, and the bubbles make it look so cute, don't they?ㅋㅋ

Application It applies with a smooth, slippery feeling. I think it's slightly heavier in texture compared to other serums. Absorption My skin absorbs it fairly well, but it makes my skin feel so sticky that it's almost painful to touch or remove. (The toner I use before this serum is from the Etude House Soonhung line) So I found it best to massage it in thoroughly, and once it's fully absorbed, I gently wipe away any residue on the sides of my face. Hydration and Moisturization Despite its heavier texture, I feel it lacks in both hydration and moisturization. It feels more like it's creating a barrier rather than directly providing moisture, so using a toner with 3 layers before this serum is enough to prevent dryness. Packaging The packaging is plastic but looks like glass at first glance, so I gave it a tap when I first tried it. It also has a dropper dispenser, which I found convenient for applying the right amount directly on my face. Fragrance It's fragrance-free, which I think will be appreciated by those sensitive to scents.
ConsThe sticky feeling I mentioned earlier is a bit of a downside for me. The smooth, slippery application might also be a hit or miss for some. As a serum, it doesn't feel like it's directly replenishing my skin's moisture, so dry skin types may need to use a toner and cream in addition to this. During the time I used it, that's what I ended up doing. At the discounted price, it might be worth trying, but I don't think it's worth the full price of almost 30,000 won as a serum.

First, I have a combination skin type with oily T-zone, especially around the nose, and quite severe redness and sensitivity, so my skin can easily get irritated if the product doesn't suit me. This review is written after 11 days of using the product, following a 3-day testing period after receiving the product. The positive points I'd like to highlight are: 1. Ingredients As you all know, Hwahae provides detailed ingredient analysis, and the ingredients in this product are well-suited for me. Even though some ingredients may work for others, they can sometimes cause issues for me (e.g. fermented ingredients), but I didn't experience any problems with this product, which is a huge advantage for those with sensitive skin! 2. Quite thick consistency Compared to the serum I was using before, this product has a slightly thicker consistency, which gives me a better moisturizing feel. 3. Applies smoothly like water As is typical of serum formulas, this product glides on the skin effortlessly. 4. Absorbs reasonably fast While not incredibly fast, the absorption is still quite good considering the relatively thick consistency. 5. Soothing effect To be honest, I didn't see dramatic improvements in redness after about 10 days of use. It's hard to say if this is due to the product itself, as I tend to exercise intensely before bed, making my face quite red. However, I do feel a soothing effect when I apply the product after cleansing my face post-workout.
Cons1. Dropper! The product comes in a dropper-type packaging, but the dropper sometimes feels a bit loose (? Maybe the dropper is not strong enough to handle the product's consistency, or it could simply be a defective dropper). 2. Sticky and drying/tightening sensation after absorption I've noticed a similar sensation with other products containing hyaluronic acid or ceramides - they apply smoothly and feel slippery, but after absorption, there's a slightly sticky, almost drying or tightening sensation, like the skin feels a bit parched. I initially thought this was just a characteristic of hyaluronic acid or ceramides, but I'm experiencing the same thing with this Cellbiotte serum, which is mainly formulated with ceramides. So it seems there must be some other common factor causing this, perhaps related to my own dry skin type. While I do find this slightly uncomfortable drying sensation, I try not to overcompensate by applying too much, as that could potentially clog pores due to the sticky after-feel. I'm not sure if this is actually helping to address underlying dryness, or if it's just making my skin feel drier. To combat this, I sometimes apply a light, nighttime-type moisturizer just on my drier areas after using this serum.
TipTo address that dried-out feeling, after applying the serum, I follow up with a moisturizing cream and then lightly apply a nighttime-type product just on my drier areas as the last step. For reference, my current routine is: Iz&Tree hyaluronic acid toner - Cellbiotte multi-cera serum (previously used the Tosowoong low-molecular hyaluronic acid serum) - Tosowoong low-molecular hyaluronic acid cream, and then I use a homemade balm-type oil. I usually layer these 3-4 times (excluding the oil) because I find hyaluronic acid can be drying for me. As a sensitive skin type, I've tried a lot of different products, and these seem to work the best for me. The Iz&Tree products are also less drying for my "runny nose" skin type compared to some other brands.

It effectively addresses dehydration. Since my skin is very dry, I apply the toner in multiple layers and use the ampoule twice, and this ampoule helped address the dehydration. It has no oily feel and gives a hydrating sensation. 2. Light formula When I first dispense it from the dropper, the formula is like an aloe vera gel. Some have described it as a watery formula, but it's definitely not that watery. It doesn't flow down easily, and it has a gel-like texture at first! I've used about four ampoules, and this is the least runny formula. However, when I spread it with my hands, it spreads easily like water and absorbs well. It's a light and clean formula with no sticky or slippery finish, so I think oily skin types will especially love it👍 As a dry-skinned person, I don't like heavy, tacky finishes, so I was satisfied using this. 3. Gentle feel, helps minimize flakiness It's free of harmful ingredients, and the feel is gentle, so I think all skin types can use it comfortably! The area under my eyebrows and eyelids was extremely dry, and I had a lot of flakiness, but the flakiness was minimized the day after using this ampoule! There may be individual differences in the feel, but the flakiness that didn't go away even after exfoliation or using peeling pads is now barely visible😃 While using this product, I temporarily stopped using other ampoules, and the effects were great! 4. The skin feels comfortable, likely due to the gentle ingredients. I happened to use this during my menstrual period, and I usually get small blemishes or my skin becomes a bit sensitive during this time, but I didn't see any blemishes or other reactions while using this product, so I felt the ingredients are really good~
Cons1. The effects are not very significant. Since it's a mild skincare product, if you're looking for some special functionality, you may not be fully satisfied with it.ㅠㅠ 2. As mentioned in other reviews, the dropper handle is a bit slippery, so it's inconvenient to use. Typically, when using an ampoule, your hands will have other product residue, and in that state, it becomes slippery to handle.😢
TipFor dry skin types, applying it twice or more will really help address the dehydration!😊

I really dislike sticky products, so this was great for me Even when I skip some of my skincare steps, my skin tends to get dry and my makeup starts to lift, but after using this, my makeup stayed put even if I just applied this and didn't do my full routine. It's been so convenient when I'm in a rush before going to school! And this is an exception, but the handwritten note was so touching❣
ConsThe top part, around the handle(?) area, felt a bit slippery It was slippery even without putting anything on my hands
