ConsThere doesn't seem to be any particular downside. In the summer, it might feel a bit heavy, so you may want to avoid using it then.

ConsUsing up a lot of bottles, I don't feel the effects as much anymore. I tried Ayunchai after this and it felt so much cleaner. I'll just use up what's left and try something else. Ayunchai is much more expensive though..
