It has a lovely rosy tint that exudes femininity. The staying power is absolutely fantastic! Light undertone? Not quite. The color is so dark that when applied to the aegyo sal (under-eye area), it instantly ages you. It makes your complexion look terrible. I'd highly recommend this to those with oily eyelids who struggle with aegyo-sal makeup smudging or getting into their eyes. From concealer to glitter lines, everything has excellent staying power. You'll witness the miracle of your aegyo-sal makeup surviving even when the rest of your eye makeup fades. What's great is that the colors aren't all about shimmer. They've thoughtfully designed each shade for specific purposes - from glitter lines to slightly reddish tones with minimal glitter. It feels like this product was optimized for those who are serious about their aegyo-sal game. One downside is that you need to apply the aegyo-sal concealer first, before your eyelids dry (and before any eyeshadow powder settles). If you don't, the concealer tends to clump up. The photo with lighter color payoff was taken after wiping with a wet wipe. Can you see how incredibly long-lasting it is? 
07****Combination SkinRecommendedOct 23, 2023As someone with warm undertones, I was delighted to find that the pink-based color for the aegyo sal (under-eye area) complemented my complexion beautifully. The subtle shimmer is perfect for everyday wear. The stick eyeshadow applies smoothly, with almost no creasing! I wish they'd release the stick part separately. Despite following YouTuber tutorials, the concealer part is... so dry I barely use it. Even if it applies well initially, it emphasizes fine lines over time, so I can't recommend it!

The shimmer in the shadow part is just right for aegyo-sal - not too much, not too little. The color seems perfect for those with light undertones, but even those with bright skin or deep undertones who suit pink, as well as winter cool tones, could pull it off well. The Noveb Under Eye Master is truly an essential aegyo-sal cosmetic. Apply this to the aegyo-sal area, then fill in the triangle zone with the Plum Veil shade from the same product for a flawless cool-toned makeup look. While the stick shadow has good durability, the concealer part of the Noveb Under Eye Master lacks longevity. Both this shade and the Beige shade have issues - the concealer part wobbles from the start and eventually breaks off or separates. Aside from the weak concealer part, I'm satisfied with the product's performance. The price is a bit high, so it's somewhat burdensome - I'll probably only purchase it during sales. I wish it was available on Hwahae... Noveb products are a bit less accessible. Brighten the aegyo-sal with concealer, cover it with the light shadow you used as an eye makeup base, then apply the Everything shadow part - it looks really pretty! Just doing the aegyo-sal makes your eyes look so radiant. Sometimes I apply this to the center of my eyelids too - the shimmer is subtle and works well there. I have a cool winter undertone and use shade 21! This color is truly, truly beautiful for cool tones. The staying power is incredible - it won't budge even if you go swimming! Many people say the concealer is thick, but I found that if you apply it on top of foundation before powdering, it goes on smoothly. It blends well too! You need to apply the concealer carefully in one swift motion to avoid clumping. If you try to layer it multiple times, it can crack and look uneven on the skin.

It's not really worth that much, in my opinion. I bought it because it was supposed to be a cool tone, but it's not. When first applied, it seems cool-toned, but strangely, as time passes, it turns into a slightly coral-tinged warm tone. I'm not sure if it's because the YouTuber who recommended it has a warm undertone, but like with Etude House tints, all the cool-toned products they recommend have a subtle warm undertone... Addendum: Using it in midsummer, it wears off near the lower lashes and only remains on the area below, making you look suddenly aged. In summer, you need to carry a cotton swab to wipe it off for a more youthful look. I have a light undertone. This isn't a cool tone for those with neutral/beige undertones. The staying power is great! I wish more innovative products like this would be released! While the staying power is good, it cracks like a drought. I applied it on my oily skin after using a non-comedogenic eye cream (without powder), but it still lifted and cracked. The color doesn't seem as pretty as shown on the product page. I used it for the first time today, and when I twisted up about 1cm of the concealer, it broke right away. Convenient with its concealer-like quality. The color swatches beautifully on the back of my hand. It applies smoothly and effortlessly. The color payoff is disappointing. I'm not sure if it's just my eyes, but whether I apply a little or a lot, the pigmentation just doesn't show up. I'm at a loss. I love that it's a 2-in-1 product, so I don't need to buy a separate concealer. The pink shade is just right - not too flashy, dark, or artificially bright. It's perfect for enhancing my aegyo sal. The amount is generous, and the staying power is impressive. I applied it in the morning, and even late in the afternoon when I checked in a mirror outside, it was still there, not wiped off. As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect aegyo sal liner, I've tried various highly-recommended eye shadows, but I think I'll settle on this one. I'm going to use it exclusively until it's finished. It would be better if there were zero harmful ingredients, but unfortunately there's one, which is disappointing. Another downside is the accessibility. It would be great if it were available in drugstores or cosmetic shops where we could test it. That way, we could try different shades and purchase if we like them. But since it's only available online, it's not as accessible. First, apply it as a concealer, then gently add the Everything Color. It really gives the impression of plumping up the aegyo sal (under-eye fat)! I love that I can quickly swipe it on in no time. Using a concealer to brighten the area definitely seems to be effective. It would be great even as a standalone concealer product. I think it could be useful not just for aegyo sal, but also for covering small blemishes. I couldn't shake the feeling that it's quite pricey.
