  Pros

  The cooling sensation is great. If you leave it on for 2-3 minutes or massage it in, it feels really refreshing!

  Cons

  Something didn't agree with my scalp, causing a lot of dead skin cells and scabs to form... I don't think it's because of the menthol, but after reading other reviews, I suspect there might be some issues with its cleansing effectiveness.

  It seems to control hair oiliness well. There's no overpowering scent or anything like that.

  Cons

  It's causing blemishes... Not just for me, but my entire family is experiencing scalp irritation and severe itching after using this shampoo. I wish there was a matching conditioner or rinse that could be used with it.

  Pros

  Compared to the Kundal shampoo I used before, this one isn't as harsh on the scalp. It has a thin consistency and lathers up better than I expected.

  Cons

  I have an oily scalp that gets greasy quickly, so I wash my hair twice a day. Compared to other cooling shampoos, this one doesn't remove oil as effectively, forcing me to wash twice. I don't use any other hair products besides shampoo, yet I'm still experiencing oozing and bleeding from my scalp. I'm almost finished with this bottle and plan to switch to a different product after this.
