  Pros

  True to its name as a cooling shampoo, I loved the refreshing effect. It was especially great in summer when sweaty - my scalp felt instantly cooled and refreshed. While my hair isn't excessively oily, it's not particularly dry either, so I appreciated how well it seemed to remove excess oil.

  Cons

  There wasn't anything particularly disappointing, but if I had to mention something... it might be that it doesn't lather very well. It wasn't the type of shampoo that produces a rich, foamy lather.

  As someone with naturally thin hair, I regularly visit scalp clinics for treatments. I heard that summer heat can be especially harsh on the scalp, so I decided to try the Dalyf Apple Mint Better Root Cooling Shampoo. I'm impressed! It leaves my hair feeling refreshed, with a cooling sensation that lasts long after drying. Despite being a mild acidic shampoo, it lathers well and has excellent cleansing effectiveness, which enhances that clean feeling. I've also noticed a significant reduction in dead skin cells and less oiliness on my scalp. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results!

  Pros

  My scalp was sensitive, easily reddened, prone to dead skin cells, and itchy. After using this, the itching has significantly reduced and I feel like the flakiness has diminished too. The cooling sensation when applying is so satisfying that I find myself reaching for it more often.

  Cons

  It seems to sting more intensely if it gets into your eyes, so I'm being extra careful when using it.
