Since my nails are extremely weak and it's difficult for me to grow natural nails, this seems to be the best one I've tried so far. I apply two coats, wait about a week, then remove it, do a little cuticle care, take a day off, and then reapply. This way, my nails don't break and they look great. I purchased this product in a hurry because my fingernails kept chipping and peeling. The best part was that I could definitely feel the effects! My fingernails used to peel at the ends, so they weren't very strong and would bend when pressure was applied. But after using this, my nails became hardened and no longer bent when force was applied!
