Pros
Spearmint is the best, and this product is next on my list. It has just the right amount of lather, and the scent is pleasant. The ingredients are also good, so it's beneficial for scalp health. After using it, the pain and redness in my scalp have significantly decreased.
Cons
Everything else is good, but the price is too high, making it difficult for me to purchase this product without hesitation.

Pros
This is a shampoo that needs no words. I've been using it for almost 4 years now. The ingredients are so great that even my kids use it with me. The postpartum and childcare stress-induced hair loss and scalp troubles have improved since using this shampoo. Currently, I'm alternating between this shampoo and a dedicated scalp care shampoo. While the lather is a bit less compared to regular shampoos, it's still reasonably rich compared to other natural product shampoos. I've never really liked that slippery feeling in shampoos, and I'm not sure if my hair has become stiff from using this one. I always use a detangler along with it, and I'm quite satisfied. I recently joined Hwahae, and checking the ingredients has made me feel good about my choice.
Cons
The downside is the price.. and the container gets a bit unsightly as it gets used up. There are some slight dents and marks on it, so I wish it came in a pump bottle. The use of natural preservatives means the product has a relatively short shelf life. Once, during the summer, I found mold on the detangler, so I had to throw it out since it was almost empty. After that, I always check it carefully before using.
Tip
I usually order it directly from the US website. It's much cheaper than the domestic price. They have sales at least twice a year, like on Earth Day and Black Friday. During those sales, I calculate how much I'll need for about 6 months and stock up. I feel like if I hoard it for too long, it might go bad.

After washing my hair, I feel so refreshed and healthy. Although my hair feels a bit stiff after washing, I've heard that the softening ingredients are actually harmful. I'm very satisfied. And it seems like just a little bit creates a lot of lather. I'm very satisfied with the fresh feeling.
