I thoroughly wet my hair and scalp before shampooing.
And I do a preliminary shampoo, then shampoo again. That way, I get a rich lather.

There used to be a store in the Hyundai Department Store in Samseong-dong, where I bought it, and they would sometimes have 20% sales and include samples, which was nice. But now the stores have completely withdrawn from Korea.

And the shampoo doesn't have a virgin seal, which would be nice if it did.

I mainly use the John Masters Organics shampoo with lavender and evening primrose, and sometimes use spearmint as well.

The ingredients are really great. I chose this shampoo because of the ingredients, as I have atopic dermatitis. The lather isn't as much as regular shampoos, but I've been using this shampoo for over 2 years and I can feel that my scalp has improved. I recommend it!
