This product was really useful for going to indoor workouts (gym or Pilates!) with a bare face. It doesn't give that feeling of completely blocking your pores, but instead balances your skin's oil and moisture while providing sun protection. It's truly a multi-tasking wonder product! I didn't have to worry about blemishes, and there wasn't any overpowering scent, which I really appreciated. When it dries down, the surface becomes ever so slightly powdery. Some people might actually like this, so I can't really call it a drawback. I always used it on my bare face and washed it off immediately after working out. The product has a pleasant fragrance and leaves a soft, smooth finish upon application, making it easy to reapply. I applied it and the next day my face was completely turned upside down. The compact stick form is great for carrying around, as it is not bulky. The velvety smooth texture glides comfortably onto the skin, making it an essential item for going out with a bare face. The generous volume is also very nice. There's nothing particularly disappointing. Once applied, it has a certain thickness, so I'd recommend using it for bare-faced looks rather than applying it over makeup. For dry skin, it seems to feel moisturizing with a smooth application that doesn't leave a mess on the hands, and it's compact for good portability. The moment it is applied, a slippery oil film is formed, creating a stuffy feeling, and it is not properly absorbed, and if you apply makeup right away, there is a smearing phenomenon. I received it as a gift and used it, but I would never buy it with my own money...

I happened to start using Hwahae, and I'm quite satisfied with it - I've been using it for a few bottles now! Strangely, when I apply sunscreen, I tend to feel very dry, especially when exposed to air conditioning or heaters (even with a solid skincare routine). However, Hwahae not only helps with the dryness, but its stick form also allows me to apply it smoothly along my skin texture. Once absorbed, there's no sticky residue - this is what I've fallen for, and I keep repurchasing it! It absorbs well and doesn't leave a white cast, which I love. It's also convenient to carry around and apply on the go. The product size seems a bit small. It feels like I'm using it up quickly. I wish they'd lower the price.

Can a sunscreen really be this moisturizing?! It's the perfect sun care product for dry skin. It feels as hydrating as a moisturizer, clinging to the skin without dryness and absorbing well without pilling. It's perfect for daily use, even under makeup, as it doesn't cause any pilling and absorbs beautifully. The subtle fragrance is also mood-lifting - it's not overpowering, just a hint of freshness that makes you want to keep applying it. It offers almost no coverage! If you're expecting a tone-up effect, you might be slightly disappointed. It's closer to a 'hydrating sunscreen'. It might feel too rich for oily skin types. The finish goes beyond dewy to slightly glowy, which could make oily skin look shiny. (But for dry skin, this glow is beautifully flattering!) Highly recommended for dry skin types looking for a hydration-packed sun care product! It's perfect for when you want to protect against UV rays while keeping your skin moisturized and comfortable. I gave this as a gift to my parents, and they love it because it doesn't irritate their eyes Honestly, I can't think of any real drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the amount is a bit on the small side

That soft fragrance is quite pleasant. It disappears too quickly, which is disappointing considering the price... It feels a bit expensive.
