  Pros

  The staying power is excellent. Once applied, it takes a long time for oil to appear around the nose area, especially compared to other pore-focused compacts I've tried. The powder is firmly pressed, requiring a bit more pressure with the puff to pick up product than others. The fine, silky powder gives a beautiful, flawless finish.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it contains parabens in the ingredients list. That's a bit concerning.

  Tip

  Like with other compacts, I use both a brush and puff for application. I opt for a medium-sized brush. I use it to sweep the product over my eyebrows, forehead, sides of the nose, and along the edges of my face. I barely touch the cheeks with the brush to maintain some glow and prevent excessive dryness. A light application on the cheeks is necessary for a smooth blush application later. Then, I use the puff to gently press more product onto the sides of my nose and chin for extra coverage. I hope this isn't stating the obvious, but I thought it might be helpful to share my application technique.
