This seems to be the ultimate value for money. The powder particles are fine and the color is versatile, making it great for use all year round. (It worked well for spring, fall, and winter. In summer, due to sebum and sweat, it might clump if applied directly, so for touch-ups, first remove excess oil and then reapply. Gently press it on with a tissue or pat it on, and it quickly becomes matte!) There are no built-in tools, so at home I use the largest powder brush, and when I'm out, I carry a small puff. While the packaging feels a bit cheap due to its low price, I'm quite satisfied with it! The packaging is the most disappointing aspect. There's no mirror, no tools, and the lid is fragile... But then again, I suppose that's why it's so affordable! - ph******Oily SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresMar 31, 2022
The powder quantity is generous, the price is affordable, and the quality is pleasantly good. It's a bit disappointing that when using this, it slightly emphasizes the appearance of pores. - at***Dry SkinJan 19, 2021
The staying power is excellent. Once applied, it takes a long time for oil to appear around the nose area, especially compared to other pore-focused compacts I've tried. The powder is firmly pressed, requiring a bit more pressure with the puff to pick up product than others. The fine, silky powder gives a beautiful, flawless finish. Unfortunately, it contains parabens in the ingredients list. That's a bit concerning. Like with other compacts, I use both a brush and puff for application. I opt for a medium-sized brush. I use it to sweep the product over my eyebrows, forehead, sides of the nose, and along the edges of my face. I barely touch the cheeks with the brush to maintain some glow and prevent excessive dryness. A light application on the cheeks is necessary for a smooth blush application later. Then, I use the puff to gently press more product onto the sides of my nose and chin for extra coverage. I hope this isn't stating the obvious, but I thought it might be helpful to share my application technique. - ay********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
The powder has its own tint, so it applies like a soft-focus blur You need to control the amount carefully! It can get cakey if you apply too much! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
This is my holy grail product! The texture is so soft, and when applied, it smooths out my skin as if it's been blurred. It leaves my complexion looking flawless. The packaging isn't very sturdy, and it tends to collect oil residue easily. - hi**********Dry SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2020
I have this product in the '003 natural' shade. It's been my summer staple for setting my makeup. The powder is beautifully matte, transparent, and silky smooth. While I can't pinpoint its exact longevity, it keeps my complexion shine-free for hours and works hard to minimize the appearance of pores, especially around the nose area. I'd confidently say this affordable gem rivals high-end products in performance. Given its budget-friendly price point (under $5 if memory serves), one shouldn't set sky-high expectations. The packaging is quite flimsy. I've never risked carrying it around, and I'd advise against it - the case is prone to breaking, which could lead to a messy powder situation. For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, this powder might be worth a try. It helps balance oil and moisture without causing irritation. Just be mindful of potential excess powder when applying.
