I've been using this instead of a toner, and it hydrates my skin much better than most toners out there. I've been using it for over a year now, and it's especially effective at combating dryness during the winter months. There's nothing to complain about. You know the hyaluronic acid artificial tears prescribed at the hospital? The highest concentration is 0.3%, and those who've tried it know it has a thick, watery feel, unlike the moisturizing sensation of this product. And the dispenser tip is slim, so it's easy to just apply it directly to the face. There are no particular downsides... Using it together with other products is the best.
