I've been using this instead of a toner, and it hydrates my skin much better than most toners out there. I've been using it for over a year now, and it's especially effective at combating dryness during the winter months. There's nothing to complain about. The price is reasonable, and I absolutely love it! - da********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 14, 2025
I'm on my nth bottle! It's the 2% ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, so it flows like water but is truly moisturizing and non-irritating. Not an ad. You know the hyaluronic acid artificial tears prescribed at the hospital? The highest concentration is 0.3%, and those who've tried it know it has a thick, watery feel, unlike the moisturizing sensation of this product. And the dispenser tip is slim, so it's easy to just apply it directly to the face. There are no particular downsides... Using it together with other products is the best. - em**********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMar 13, 2025
Layering multiple times and letting it absorb really locks in deep hydration Requires multiple layers and frequent reapplication as it absorbs quickly, leading to frequent purchases After four or five rounds of absorption, skin feels plump and hydrated as if it's holding water - dj*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJan 26, 2025
I absolutely love this product! It's so hydrating, and there's a noticeable difference between when I use it and when I don't. The packaging might be divisive, but I personally find it great. The dispenser makes it easy to control the amount, and the narrow opening prevents spills and splashes. The only downside is that it's a bit on the pricier side (not exactly a budget-friendly option). But apart from that, it's fantastic! - 1s**********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 24, 2024
I used this as a toner replacement and even tried it as a mask. After application, my skin definitely felt more hydrated and it seemed to address my deep dryness. What I found most satisfying was the finish - I could actually see my pores tightening after it absorbed...! Not sure why, but it left my skin feeling smooth and protected, with a subtle glow. The lightweight formula absorbs quickly without any stickiness. Nothing really. Occasionally I might use too much? But overall, it's all good! - du********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 14, 2024
I discovered this serum while searching for solutions to my deep dryness! I bought it on Coupang after hearing that mixing 1-2 drops with cream or ampoule helps with dehydration. Some people reported blemishes after using it, but I didn't experience that at all! (For my combination dehydrated skin) Rather than feeling dramatically more hydrated, I noticed that when my makeup would usually dry out and flake, it seemed to blend better with my skin instead. I also saw a clear improvement in the texture caused by dryness. Some people apply it directly like a toner, but since it's still summer, I'm mixing two drops with my cream. I plan to add a few more drops in winter. For those wondering if the amount is too small - if you use just a few drops like me, it should last over a year! This size is perfect for me. The bottle structure of this product is a bit unusual! After opening it and using it well at your vanity, if you try to take it out... it leaks everywhere! It really spills all over. If you want to carry it around, a separate travel bottle is a must... Try mixing about two drops (for combination dehydrated skin) with your usual ampoule or cream! - as*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 15, 2024
It's fantastic to apply right after washing your face and when doing a skin pack. It immediately replenishes moisture, combating that dry feeling you get right after cleansing. None. Just buy the large size frequently and use it generously. Follow up quickly with other hydrating ampoules before it dries for best results. - me*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJun 26, 2024
As a fan of NewJeans, I noticed their makeup artist using this product during their debut. I decided to give it a try myself. I've always been a fan of Torriden's low molecular weight hyaluronic acid serum, so I thought about using this essence like a mist. However, now I've developed a new routine. Since my skin is thin and prone to wrinkles around the eyes, I layer the Torriden serum three times just in that area (using oily eye creams leads to milia for me). Then, I apply this product five times all over my face. Before makeup, I layer this product five times, followed by one layer of Torriden all over. After it absorbs, I apply a thin layer of Dr.G sunscreen. Even when I use Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation on top, my skin doesn't feel heavy for hours, and my complexion looks incredibly smooth. (Update) Let's limit layering to 2-3 times. Afterwards, use a serum and a moisturizer with some oil content to prevent moisture evaporation. While it helps prevent blemishes (correction: as hydration increases, it can reduce or prevent small bumps), it doesn't effectively treat inflammatory acne or pustules. However, it does work well for comedonal acne. That's why I use it alongside the centella product from the same brand. (correction: It is effective in reducing inflammatory acne.) *********No matter how hard I try, I can't get it to spray as a fine mist using an empty mist bottle. Even though the hyaluronic acid molecules are low-weight, they seem to be larger than water molecules. However, I've heard that fine mist sprays can be harmful to the respiratory system anyway. So, I transferred it to a regular mist bottle, and it sprays well that way. When bacterial infection (from resident or external bacteria) occurs, it can lead to inflammatory acne, which may progress to pustular acne. This process often results in red, dark, or pitted acne scars. While topical treatments can provide temporary, localized relief, I believe it's more important to focus on improving overall skin health to prevent acne formation in the first place. I've experienced too much frustration and disappointment from constantly applying ointments and watching new blemishes appear. So, should we avoid using hyaluronic acid soothing creams? Not necessarily. They can serve as excellent humectants. While they might not be ideal as a final step in summer, they're great for adding moisture during dry seasons like fall, winter, and spring. Aloe vera gel would be perfect, but it tends to pill. The Torriden Hyaluronic Acid Soothing Cream is a good alternative due to its smooth application. Think of skincare layering like dressing for winter. Instead of wearing just a tank top (toner) and a thick down jacket (heavy oil-based product), it's better to layer with an undershirt (double layer of toner), sweater (serum), cardigan (oil-free soothing cream), and finish with a coat (light oil or cream with minimal oil). This approach works well for combination and oily skin types. For dry skin, either method could work, with some preferring the heavier approach. When applying skincare products, wait about 3 minutes between layers to allow for absorption. Avoid patting or tapping the skin vigorously, as this can irritate sensitive or acne-prone skin. - je*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 14, 2024
As someone with sensitive skin that rebels every season, I noticed inflammation and tiny bumps appearing again when the weather fluctuated between hot and cold. I usually stick to the same skincare routine for long periods, only seeking new products when my skin suddenly becomes sensitive or irritated. This time, when my skin was in a precarious state, I stumbled upon this product while watching YouTube. I appreciated that this product contains only low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, unlike many others that mix both high and low molecular weights. This was perfect for me since sodium hyaluronate doesn't agree with my skin. For some reason, products containing sodium hyaluronate cause tiny, red bumps even smaller than millet to appear, irritating my skin. However, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (especially hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid) provides hydration and has a soothing effect on my skin. I've used products with only low molecular weight hyaluronic acid before, but while they were good, their lasting power and moisturizing effect weren't impressive. This product, however, is definitely great. Here's why: 1. Texture: One of the things I love most is how it feels on the skin. As soon as you apply it, you can feel the hydration without any stickiness or dryness. It's excellent for deep hydration, especially in summer. I use it with my usual barrier mist, and they work perfectly together. 2. Ingredients: It's simplicity at its finest. As someone with sensitive, acne-prone skin, I'm very particular about ingredients. This product is wonderfully simple without compromising on effectiveness. 3. Lasting power: This was one of the most surprising aspects. Usually, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid products aren't great for lasting hydration, but this one manages to do both - combat deep dryness and provide long-lasting moisture without any residue. 4. Packaging: While some reviews criticize the packaging, I personally like it! It might not look luxurious, but it seems they focused on the product itself, which I appreciate. The narrow, long opening makes it easy to apply directly to the face, saving time and being very convenient. I highly recommend this for those with deep dryness or sensitive skin. It's a safe choice that's likely to satisfy. _____________________________________________________ After using it daily for almost two weeks, I've noticed some differences from my initial review. The most significant change was in its lasting power and moisturizing effect. As I continued to use it, my skin felt increasingly dry. It seemed to be drawing out my skin's natural moisture, which also affected my skin's regenerative ability. Even layering with other products didn't help much, so I've temporarily stopped using it. The packaging might feel a bit cheaply made, but that's just me nitpicking because I like the product itself so much. Storing it in the refrigerator provides a nice cooling effect when applied. It's also great to apply before using a modeling mask for a fresh and hydrated feel. - ki*********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedMar 18, 2024
It seems great for deep dryness and absorbs well into the skin. There's nothing particularly bad about it. The price is reasonable, so it's good for everyday use.
