  Pros

  I used to get occasional blemishes, but for some reason - maybe because of this product - they've been appearing less frequently.

  Cons

  It seems to settle better if I apply it after using toner, but if I skip that step, it doesn't adhere well and pills off like dead skin cells. While this may vary depending on skin type, I often had to wash my face again due to the pilling issue.

  Pros

  Since I started using this, I've never once worried about dead skin cells. Unlike other scrubs that have granules or require vigorous rubbing, this has an essence-like texture that gently exfoliates. I was initially apprehensive about trying chemical exfoliants like AHA and BHA for the first time, but there's no irritation. When I apply essence or ampoule after this, my skin absorbs it incredibly well. And the next morning when I wash my face, I experience a whole new world of silky-smooth skin.

  Cons

  Occasionally it pills, though I'm not sure if it's due to the amount used or some other reason. When first using it or when your skin isn't in great condition, there might be a slight tingling sensation. However, this only lasts during application and disappears once it's fully applied.

  Pros

  Since this product contains AHA, it seems to effectively remove dead skin cells from the surface. I feel like it also helps control sebum, so I'm using it diligently.

  Cons

  On days when I've eaten greasy food or when my face feels particularly oily, it can sting a bit when applied. It's not painful enough to completely rule out repurchasing, but it might cause some redness. Also, since it's an exfoliator, if you apply other products on top by rubbing, it will definitely pill. It even comes off in little bits like eraser shavings.

  Tip

  When applying other products after using this, never rub them in. You should pat them on gently instead. It's best to do your makeup only after this product has been fully absorbed into your skin.
