The scent is lovely. I can see why it's so popular. The cleansing effectiveness is also excellent. It doesn't seem to be as suitable for oily scalps as I expected. I can't really think of any standout positives... Maybe that it lathers well? As someone with an oily scalp, this shampoo severely worsened my blemishes and itching.
