The ingredients are as gentle as they are good. There was no stiff feeling in my hair after coloring. When applied to my natural black hair, the color didn't show up at all. It's safe to say the shade is much darker than the sample suggests. It doesn't cover gray hair, just slightly lightens it. I expected it to be somewhat noticeable, but it's not visible at all. This product is suitable for toning down lighter hair colors. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedOct 29, 2021
Every time I bleach and tone down my hair with self-coloring, I use this product. What I love most is that the scent isn't harsh, which keeps me coming back to it! It feels like it damages my hair less, and the color is just perfect - a natural brown that's exactly what I wanted, starting from a dark base. It's disappointing that the color washes out quickly, but that's unavoidable with bleached hair. I use this product every time I bleach and tone down, and I think I had to apply it about three times due to the severe color fading. Also, the amount you get isn't much - even for shoulder-length hair, you need two bottles! - 00******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 28, 2021
I bought this for my mom's gray hair coverage. I've heard Jenny House is famous, so I decided to try this instead of my usual product. My mom's hair is shoulder-length with quite a bit of volume. I purchased two bottles, but it was slightly insufficient - I only managed to apply it generously to the visible parts of her hair without being too thorough. The texture isn't difficult to use alone. It comes with a comb and a cape, making it manageable for solo application. The formula is creamy, not too thick, so you could probably apply it with gloved hands even without the comb. The scent is much milder compared to other hair dyes. Usually, when you mix components 1 and 2 in other dyes, the chemical smell intensifies, but this one had no scent irritation. It also seemed gentler on the scalp after application. I guess you get what you pay for with this premium product. We used Natural Brown on previously dyed light brown hair, and it turned out to be a deep brown. After leaving it on for about 30 minutes, the color was a bit dark, but it seemed to cover the gray hair well, although some less-covered areas due to insufficient product didn't dye as thoroughly. The amount of product is too little. For shoulder-length hair, you'll likely need at least 3 bottles.
