It contains salt-like granules that help with exfoliation. You can even use it instead of shampoo. I was initially worried about granules remaining on my scalp, but they all dissolve as you rinse with water.
ConsWhile it helps with removing dead skin cells, it can leave your scalp feeling dry. You'll need to apply a scalp ampoule or oil afterwards.

This is an excellent refreshing scalp scaling shampoo with a cooling effect, perfect for summer use. It contains salt for effective dead skin cell removal, and thanks to the invigorating mint ingredient, it really cools down the scalp, making it great for managing oily scalps prone to heat. My hair doesn't feel stiff or dry at all, and the rich lather makes it easy to use.
ConsSo far, I've been using this product consistently without any disappointments.
TipPersonally, I find that using it more than once a week seems to increase hair loss, so I'm satisfied with using it just once a week.

Even when rinsed with lukewarm water, it instantly cooled down, making me think it would be great for hair loss prevention by reducing scalp heat. The scalp scaler tip is slightly long and narrow, making it easy to apply directly between hair strands. Among the scalp scalers I've used, this one seems to be pretty good.
ConsThe scent is a bit of a drawback. The mint fragrance is quite strong. Fortunately, it's not a powdery, overpowering scent, but it does have its own toothpaste-like aroma.

It's great for getting rid of stubborn flakes.
ConsYou need to rinse thoroughly to wash away all the particles, which takes a while, and it can leave your scalp feeling a bit dry.

It helps remove dead skin cells from the scalp, which can be challenging with regular shampoo. Perhaps because it's a cooling product, it feels refreshing after use. Surprisingly, even a small amount produces rich lather, making it a decent shampoo alternative!
ConsI accidentally got some on a wound on my body while showering, and it stung quite a bit. Those with sensitive or wounded scalps should be extra careful. Also, be cautious when opening the cap as the product tends to drip out easily.
TipThe exfoliating particles are quite large, so be careful not to rub too hard on your scalp!

It's great for removing dead skin cells from the scalp. I loved how after shampooing, you can spray it on your scalp and massage - the salt granules turn into a foam. It lathers up nicely too. I'd recommend it for scalp care as it's non-irritating. The cooling sensation doesn't come immediately, but you feel it later when rinsing off after the scalp massage. (I usually rinse with lukewarm water) If you have a lot of heat on your scalp, I'd suggest the Klorane scalp mask. For exfoliation though, I preferred the Dalip one.
ConsIf it drips onto your face, it's basically salt water. You need to be careful not to let it get into your eyes or on your face. On the plus side, it's good value for money.

ConsIt doesn't have any dramatic effects, and personally, I don't find the scent particularly appealing.

It's perfect for use during summer when your skin tends to get oilier.
ConsIt seems a bit pricey for the amount you get. I wish it came in a larger size to make it more cost-effective.

As someone with an oily scalp prone to buildup, I'm pleased that it doesn't leave any residue.
ConsThe product gushes out when you open the cap, making it somewhat challenging to control the amount you use.
TipI read reviews mentioning leftover granules falling out when drying hair, but I haven't experienced this. I make sure to rinse thoroughly and follow up with another shampoo, which seems to prevent that issue.

It's gentle yet effectively manages dead skin cells, and it lathers well, making for a pleasant experience. I'm also pleased with its cooling effect.
ConsDue to the menthol ingredient, it can sting a bit if it gets into your eyes during use.
TipApply directly to the scalp, not the hair.
