Pros
This serum is great for soothing and hydrating the skin. I used the toner pads a lot, and in the summer when my skin gets very red and hot, using this product was really helpful. The formula has a slight viscosity but it's a flowing type of essence. Since the formula is lightweight, it does flow easily, but you can use just a few drops and spread it across your whole face for sufficient absorption. When you first apply it to the skin, there's a slightly slippery feeling, but it absorbs really well so it leaves a fresh finish. Even with frequent use, it continues to provide hydration without any tightness, and it helps calm down redness on my face. It absorbs well, so I can use it before my morning makeup without it interfering.
Cons
It doesn't seem to have a dramatic effect on calming breakouts. If you're expecting a strong cooling sensation, you may be disappointed.

Pros
After trying the sample, it seemed good, so I bought the full product. I used it on my troubled areas about two to three times a day for around a month, but I didn't feel the calming effects as much as when I used the sample. My troubles haven't really increased or decreased, so it's a bit ambiguous. I probably won't repurchase it. Instead, the firefighter pad that came as a gift had a nice cooling effect, which was good for someone like me with flushing and a lot of heat sensitivity.

Pros
I was pleased that my skin did not get significantly irritated after using this product. The redness on my skin also calmed down quickly, and I was able to use it without any irritation even with my sensitive skin.

Even though I have sensitive skin, when I first apply it, there is a slight stickiness, but after a few minutes it's fine. It seems to calm down my acne a bit, but I'm not sure if it's actually working or not. However, when I stop using it, the acne comes back.

This is already my third bottle of this ampoule. I bought it after seeing it a lot on YouTube, and it seems to be quite effective in soothing, so I keep repurchasing it. It was particularly effective for the small blemishes that come up on my cheeks due to wearing masks, as well as the blemishes trapped in redness. It not only soothes, but the moisture level is also satisfactory. I also like that it absorbs quickly.

I felt that my skin texture was definitely more refined after using this product!! I really noticed a big difference, and when I applied it to my skin after it was irritated, the rough and uneven texture completely improved! So I would recommend it more for refining skin texture rather than soothing. Of course, it's not dramatic, but I felt the redness was slightly calmed as well. The moisture and oil balance seems just right, so it's good to use in spring and fall! And it's definitely very gentle.
Cons
I didn't feel much of a calming effect. There was no cooling effect either. I broke out a bit more, and when I applied it to my irritated skin, the blemishes didn't really improve. It just had a slight soothing effect on the redness.
