1. Package & Volume * 100g tube container. I liked that it's hygienic to use. * The green packaging emphasizing the cica ingredients caught my eye. * The size is convenient for travel, so it would be great to pack for trips. 2. Texture & Scent * A firm and bouncy gel-type texture. It absorbs smoothly into the skin. * There's a subtle herbal scent, making it comfortable to use. * It forms a thin film as it dries. 3. Effects * Effectively removes dead skin cells and excess sebum from the skin. * Thoroughly cleans out pore impurities, resulting in smoother skin texture. * Thanks to the cica ingredients, I could feel a soothing effect on my skin. * I liked that I could visually see the sebum being pulled out when peeling off the mask. 4. User Experience * I could use it gently without any irritation to my skin. * It peeled off smoothly without causing any irritation. * After cleansing, my skin didn't feel tight or dry, and the hydration was maintained. * I felt a cooling effect, which seemed to help lower skin temperature. * Advantages: * Excellent sebum and dead skin cell removal * Skin soothing effect * Gentle use without irritation * Achieves smooth skin texture * Recommended for: * Those concerned about sebum and dead skin cells * Those needing pore care * Those wanting a skin-soothing effect * Those looking for a non-irritating peel-off mask I don't use it very often, just occasionally, and I wonder if there was any special effect. It's just that it feels a bit more refreshing when peeling it off, so I use peel-off masks. - su*****Normal SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 24, 2024
I've tried many different masks, but this cica peel-off mask seems to be the most effective. I wish the softened skin texture after using the mask would last a bit longer. - ma*******Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 4, 2024
1. Texture: When you first squeeze it out, a slippery, bouncy liquid comes out! It feels super slick when applying and washing off with your hands. After thinly applying it to your face, it dries in about 10 minutes, and after about 15 minutes when it's completely dry, it peels off easily! 3. Scent: It has a grassy scent! It's not a headache-inducing fragrance! 4. Effectiveness: It's extremely effective for blackheads! The blackheads on my nose visibly disappeared right away! It didn't work much on facial hair, but it's great for dead skin cells and blackheads! 5. Tips: You'll feel quite dry while waiting about 15 minutes after applying a thin layer. I recommend using it only once a week, and make sure to focus on hydration after masking! It's harder to apply evenly with hands compared to tools and wastes product, so use a silicone brush to apply! It peels off best when completely dry! Avoid applying to hair or eyebrows as it won't peel off well there, and use an exfoliating toner for any residue! It doesn't cause blemishes, and it's great to use before important days! The more I use it, the more satisfied I am. It also works well under makeup, so I'll likely repurchase when I finish this one!!! It wasn't effective for peach fuzz! I wouldn't recommend buying it if that's what you're expecting! Peel off after it's completely dry! Don't cleanse the residue, wipe it off with toner instead! Use it the night before an important day - db*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 7, 2024
I have combination dehydrated skin that's sensitive and prone to blemishes! I chose this product to refine my skin texture, as I'm concerned about my pores and excess oil. Here's what I found: It was less irritating than I expected! My face didn't turn red after use. It has a cool, refreshing scent that might be hit or miss for some. Be sure to gently mix the contents before applying. While it was good for refining skin texture, it didn't do much for calming my blemishes... Maybe it's more for managing oil and fine facial hair? Apply a very thin layer to your face, and when you're ready to remove it, start from the edges and peel off very carefully! - ch**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsApr 26, 2023
The way it absorbs and the visible soothing effect... It applies thinly and evenly with a mask brush Even though I don't have sensitive skin, it's stinging and itching as if I've got a facial burn. My face is even swelling up - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2023
It dries well and effectively removes dead skin cells and sebum when peeled off. It's perfect to use before makeup, as it creates an ideal base for cosmetics to adhere to. For some reason, my eyes sting the entire time I'm applying it. I'm not sure what's causing it. Recommended for use before applying makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 6, 2023
A must-have product that absorbs excess sebum like a magnet; it quickly calms angry, red blemishes Can be a bit drying, so you need to follow up with hydration right away. Might give a sensation of thinning skin? - ek*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 7, 2022
When you use this, all those pesky dead skin cells just disappear. It's absolutely fantastic! I have dry skin, so I rarely get blemishes, but if I neglect my exfoliation routine for even a week, my skin gets rough, and white flakes appear around my nose, cheeks, and mouth. The thing is, if I exfoliate too aggressively, it irritates my skin and actually makes things worse. With this product, you just apply and peel off - there's zero irritation. Amazingly, it also takes care of dead skin cells, which I'm thrilled about. I already love the scent of tea tree and mint, so the herbal smell didn't bother me at all. The mugwort powder inside? If you store the product upright, it all collects at the opening and too much comes out at once. If you lay it down, it sticks to the sides and nothing comes out. The instructions say to shake before use, but because of the sticky texture, shaking doesn't do much, and even kneading doesn't evenly distribute the clumped mugwort powder. I just use it as it comes out, which is a bit disappointing. Don't apply it around your eyes as it can sting. If you apply it carefully on your nose, it even helps clear out whiteheads. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 12, 2022
There's a satisfying feeling when peeling it off. Afterwards, your skin feels soft and smooth. The tea leaves, or whatever they are inside, tend to clump together on one side. Also, it doesn't seem to remove as much sebum as I'd like. I recommend applying it as thinly as possible. If you apply it too thickly, it takes a long time to dry. - k2*****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRednessMar 26, 2022
It has that satisfying peel-off sensation typical of these masks. Your skin feels refreshingly cool afterwards. Despite the instructions, it takes far too long to dry - you need to wait at least 30 minutes. The scent is more intense and irritating than expected. Thin layers don't peel off easily, while thick layers don't dry properly. It stings if applied near the eyes.
