This gray color is great for cool-toned individuals! However, it can also be used comfortably by others. I often use this for eyeliner as well - it provides a natural look without being too obvious. Pros
This is the eyebrow pencil I've been using the most lately. The core is extremely fine, so it's very easy to draw eyebrows. It's easy to draw the front part of the eyebrows and shape them well.
Cons
The color seems to apply a bit too intensely. But I don't think there's anything else wrong with it.

This is truly amazing. As a cool-toned person, I couldn't find an eyebrow product that matched my brow color... I feel like I've tried all the cool-toned shades, but this is the best product I've come across. It gives more of a filling-in effect rather than individual hair strokes, but it's thin enough that it's easy to draw sharp edges, and it doesn't smear even when I sweat. It stays put unless I touch it, and it feels so soft and fluffy - I love it so much!! It's worth way more than the price, it's truly a ray of light in my Mona Lisa life...
Cons
If you apply it with a heavy hand, the color comes out too dark, but you can manage that by adjusting the pressure. This is the only one I'll use, I really love Peripera.

This brow product really matches my brow color well. With good control, I can draw them to look just like my natural brows.
Cons
If I don't control the pressure well, they can turn out too dark, like Shin-chan's brows. They also wipe off unevenly, leaving just the back part missing.
