Due to hair loss and scalp issues, I try to avoid anything that might irritate my scalp, but a conditioner seems necessary. Even after drying and brushing, it's hard to comb through.

The most disappointing aspect is that after about 6 hours, there's an odor from the crown. I confirmed this by rubbing my scalp and smelling my hand.

It seems that while they've made it gentle with natural ingredients, they couldn't address this issue completely.
