My all-time favorite shampoo so far. It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed and clean. While I'm not sure about its anti-hair loss effects, I've noticed less hair falling out. The only positive things are the fast shipping and maybe the pretty packaging... if I'm being generous. After using this, it was a disaster - I developed dandruff and dead skin cells started appearing everywhere. It's really terrible.

This review is based on using two bottles. My scalp tends to be oily, red, and I have very thin hair. I struggle with hair loss every season change, and my hair gets greasy and smelly at the crown after just half a day. If I normally lose about 100 strands, it feels like I'm losing 200 during seasonal changes. The drain filter turns black after washing my hair. As you can see from these symptoms, I'm someone who feels heartbroken over every single hair that falls out. I always check the ingredients before buying, and the packaging is high-end. It looks like a quality handmade product in the bathroom. The texture is thick yet runny, and the scent is fantastic. It's not artificial - more like a blend of grass, herbs, and a calming aroma. I love the scent, it's very appealing. The lather is rich, and the fragrance makes me feel comforted. Due to the good ingredients, I leave the lather on for about a minute. The cleansing effectiveness is decent, and it feels gentle and healthy. After drying my hair, it looks noticeably cleaner, softer, and has a nice sheen. It definitely seems mild on the scalp. If you don't use a conditioner afterwards, your hair becomes like a scrubber! Due to hair loss and scalp issues, I try to avoid anything that might irritate my scalp, but a conditioner seems necessary. Even after drying and brushing, it's hard to comb through. The most disappointing aspect is that after about 6 hours, there's an odor from the crown. I confirmed this by rubbing my scalp and smelling my hand. It seems that while they've made it gentle with natural ingredients, they couldn't address this issue completely. There are many natural ingredients, so I wonder if it's necessary to add fragrance. Even with the fragrance, the scent doesn't last long after shampooing and doesn't spread much. The mild herbal scent disappears quickly. I wish it didn't contain limonene and palmitate. It lathers well and has great cleansing effectiveness. I'm on my 4th or 5th bottle now. It doesn't leave my hair stiff, nor does it make it greasy. It's truly just an average product. I've been a shampoo nomad for a while, scouring the top-ranked products on Hwahae's shampoo tab with promising ingredients. Now, I think I might have finally found my holy grail! While it's not a hugely well-known brand, here's why I'm so satisfied: 1. The ingredients are relatively safe for a shampoo. 2. Unlike some natural shampoos that compromise cleansing power and cause blemishes, this one doesn't. It cleanses effectively even without sulfates. 3. Many 'natural' or 'clean' shampoos are pricey for daily use, but this one is affordable when on sale. These are the main points that really won me over! I dare to predict this product will climb even higher in the Hwahae rankings. I'm calling it now - this could be the next cult favorite! I've even requested Hwahae to stock up! Don't expect the scent to linger for long. Since shampoo is a rinse-off product, it's not a dealbreaker for me, but it might disappoint fragrance enthusiasts. The scent is more of a subtle woody, cool aroma rather than a floral soap type. For my thick, medium-length hair, two pumps create a good lather and are just right. However, this means the product runs out quickly. While it doesn't need to be a massive bottle, a slightly larger size at a better price-per-ounce would be nice. Keep in mind, it's just a shampoo - don't expect miracles like improved hair texture or enhanced curls. I think this shampoo might not be strong enough for extremely oily scalps and could be a bit drying for very dry scalps. It's gentle and has a subtle scent. Even a small amount produces plenty of lather. I'm pleased that using this shampoo has significantly reduced my scalp itchiness. Hmm, I haven't found any drawbacks so far. However, it would be great if it came in a larger size, so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of ordering it frequently.

Here's my review after using half the bottle. I've had a visible part line for years, even when tying my hair up. But after using this shampoo, the part line has become less noticeable. It has a pleasant scent and texture suitable for the whole family to use. It's so gentle that you don't even need to use a separate conditioner. In summer, there's a slight tendency for the hair to feel a bit weighed down. I received this product as a prize from Hwahae. The cleansing effectiveness is decent, and it's good for everyday use without any issues. It's just okay. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that I didn't find it particularly impressive.
