The herbal scent is pleasant. Hair feels soft even without using conditioner or treatment. Overall, it's decent. Even though I don't have particularly oily scalp, my hair gets greasy quickly after washing. The cleansing effectiveness seems weak, which is the most disappointing aspect. The skin on the back of my neck gets itchy and develops red marks.
