It was easy to apply myself at home, and the consistency was great! I loved that the matte brown color covered both red and yellow tones. The included ampoule helped minimize damage during the coloring process. For those with cool undertones who want a slightly darker shade but find dark/black hair too intense, I highly recommend this! It might seem dark right after dyeing, but as it gradually fades, it looks most beautiful around 1-2 weeks. I found I needed to re-dye after about 4 weeks. The downside was that even during the second wash, some brown color still came out. The kit is better equipped than other hair dyes. It includes a pre-coloring ampoule and another one to apply after shampooing post-coloring. Most importantly, the color turned out great, which is crucial. It seems to have improved my hair texture as well. The scent is quite strong and lingers for about two days. It's not an unpleasant fragrance, but it's definitely potent. That's the only drawback I can think of. Follow the instructions and make sure to apply the pre-coloring ampoule before dyeing your hair.

The pre-treatment product quantity is too small... It would be better if they provided more. Maybe because my hair is bleached, but the color keeps fading.

The color matches the detailed photos perfectly! I use this every time I want to tone down my makeup. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it! I love that it comes with an ampoule and recovery balm. It feels silky smooth when applying, and unlike other hair dyes, it's not stiff, so it's easy to comb through your hair. I bought this to tone down my hair after it faded to a light brown with noticeable roots. Previously, I was disappointed with a Moremo khaki brown dye that washed out too quickly. However, this one has maintained its dark color, which I'm really pleased with. As someone with cool-toned skin, I appreciate that it doesn't have any reddish undertones. The inclusion of ampoules and essence is also a nice bonus. The amount of dye is on the smaller side. With my long, thick hair, even three boxes felt barely enough. Also, it does cause some damage to the hair.

I tried this product and was pleasantly surprised! Unlike salon treatments, it didn't make my scalp itchy, and there was hardly any smell. It's fantastic! Just keep in mind that if your hair reaches your shoulders, you'll need to use two applications for full coverage. I mixed the black and brown shades, hoping for a blended color, but it just came out black. That was disappointing! No positive aspects to mention It stings my eyes, irritates my scalp, and makes my hair stiff. The smell is also unbearable. No matter how beautiful the color might be, I absolutely cannot recommend this product

My natural hair is a khaki/matte brown shade, and I'm a summer cool tone that doesn't take well to high contrast, so I was worried it might turn out too dark. But the color blended so well with my natural hair, you can hardly tell I dyed it! I'm pleased because I wanted to cover my grays without changing my overall color. One bottle was enough for my thin, short hair, but I think you'd need about 1.5 bottles for shoulder-length hair. It covered my dozens of gray strands almost perfectly. If you're looking for a natural brown without red or yellow undertones, I recommend the Matte Deep Brown shade! The included shoulder cape is too short and uncomfortable. Also, it would be great if the developer came in a tube container for easier application of small amounts when touching up roots or gray hairs. Addition: Since this isn't specifically for gray hair coverage, the color starts to fade after about two months. As my grays have increased, I've stopped using this shade. I wouldn't recommend it for those with a lot of gray hair.
