  Pros

  This is the best low pH cleansing foam I've tried! It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all after washing. I decided to give it a try because it claimed not to cause any tightness after cleansing... and it's true, there's absolutely no tightness! I feel like I made such a great purchase. I'm using it with complete satisfaction. Some reviews mentioned an odd scent, but I actually like the fragrance. It's not overpowering, just a bit refreshing? While eucalyptus is listed as the last ingredient, so its effect and scent might be minimal, I still appreciate it. I've tried various low pH foam cleansers, but this is currently my favorite for combination dehydrated skin.

  Pros

  First off, the texture was absolutely my style - so soft and fluffy! The scent, according to a friend, is like YSL watermelon... I loved it, such a fresh fragrance! And the quantity... it's seriously generous. No matter how much I use, it seems to stay the same!

  Cons

  The disappointing aspect is the effectiveness. It doesn't seem to suit my skin. When I used other brands' foam cleansers, I felt my blemishes improving after cleansing. With the Real Barrier foam cleanser, I hardly notice any improvement in my blemishes. That being said, it's not making them worse either.

  *The Hwahae Testers Review* First off, I have oily and extremely sensitive skin. I'm always on the lookout for super gentle cleansing products, and what I loved most about the Real Barrier Cream Cleansing Foam was that it didn't cause any irritation to my sensitive skin. It's such a lightweight product that you can even use it in the morning! I've seen mixed reviews about the scent, but personally, I enjoyed its powdery fragrance and appreciated that it wasn't overpowering.

  Cons

  Given how gentle and light this cleanser is, it's probably necessary to double cleanse if you're wearing makeup. This product alone might not provide enough cleansing effectiveness.

  Tip

  If you're looking for a gentle cleanser, I'd recommend both this cream cleanser and the Make P:rem Cleansing Milk!

  This cream cleansing foam was my first, and it was so exciting! The scent is just like cream. After using it, I felt like my skin was improving somehow? The finish leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean, so it might be perfect for those who want a low pH product but don't like that slippery feeling. As for the scent, you know that heavenly clay smell? It's exactly that!

  I expected it to be moisturizing since it's a cream cleansing foam, but it doesn't feel that hydrating. Despite being a low pH product, it actually leaves your skin feeling quite squeaky. It doesn't lather up well! I wouldn't recommend this to those who love a foamy cleanser.

Recently developed folliculitis, and have slight acne scars, so I use cleansing water followed by foam, or milk cleanser followed by foam. Product texture: I loved the creamy, rich foam. It has a subtle, natural soap scent without any artificial fragrance, which I appreciated. Unlike typical alkaline foams that produce excessive lather, this one creates just the right amount, which I prefer. However, if you're looking for an abundance of foam, this might not be for you. Cleansing effectiveness: As I use this for my second cleanse, I didn't notice any issues. It's gentle enough for regular use, which is a big plus. I also liked the residual hydration after use. I wouldn't recommend it for removing makeup directly, and for a single cleanse, you might need to use it multiple times. Blemishes: I didn't experience any breakouts from this product.   ♥️ Combination skin with oily T-zone + dry U-zone / Overall sensitive, acne-prone skin ♥️ I've been using Real Barrier Extreme Cream since March with great results, so I applied to be a Hwahae Tester and received this product! Pros: - Soft, cream-like texture - Even with my super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes - No feeling of dryness after use - As someone who dislikes strongly scented foam cleansers, I appreciated that this one is fragrance-free

  Cons: - It doesn't lather much... (see photo of product rubbed with water) - Doesn't give that squeaky clean feeling - When I used it to remove brightening moisturizer, cleansing with just the foam left a slight residue!

  Tip

  If you have oily skin and want to try this, it might be best to use it during the dry winter months. Personally, I'd recommend this more for those with dry skin!

  * This is a review from The Hwahae Testers after daily use for a week * Skin type: Slightly dry except for T-zone and forehead (not sensitive) 1. Texture They said it's a cream cleanser, and it really is a cream texture! It's my first time using this type of cleanser, so it was interesting. At first, it feels like applying an emulsion? Perhaps that's why it's incredibly gentle. 2. Scent The scent... wasn't particularly appealing. It had a somewhat lingering fragrance with an old-fashioned feel. There's no fresh or floral scent at all. If not for that, I would have preferred it to be unscented. 3. Irritation As I don't have super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any irritation. The texture itself is so gentle and clean that I don't think many people would find it irritating. (This is after a week of use) 4. Packaging, Dispenser, and Design It's a standard tube-type container. It stands well on the sink, but there's nothing particularly special about it. The product dispenses easily, and the design is clean. I don't see any major drawbacks. 5. Cleansing Effectiveness As it's a cleanser, we need to look at its cleansing power. I'd recommend it as a morning cleanser! It absolutely won't remove color makeup. It seems to only remove sunscreen at most. It's not heavy, so it should be good for use in the morning without feeling burdensome. 6. After Use Perhaps because it's slightly acidic, there's no tight feeling after cleansing. If you're looking for that squeaky-clean feeling, you might not like this. It leaves the skin smooth with a decent amount of hydration. The scent lingers even after use. This is my honest review based on my experience. Please note that results may vary depending on skin type!

  There weren't any major downsides, but if I had to pick one, it would be the scent. The fragrance just isn't my style... Also, I couldn't find a compelling reason why this cleanser is a must-buy, so that could be considered a drawback too!

  The Hwahae Testers Review Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin with pores and small bumps [Texture & Scent] It's a cream-type cleansing foam! The texture is slightly heavier than a cleansing milk, but it creates wonderfully rich foam. The scent is reminiscent of soap or detergent. I'm not sensitive to fragrances so it was fine for me, but those with sensitivities might want to take note! [User Experience] Being a cream type, it leaves a slight feeling of hydration after cleansing. However, it does cause some tightness. While its mildness due to being slightly acidic is a plus, it's not strong enough to remove makeup as a first cleanse. I've been using it successfully for morning cleansing and as a second cleanse! [Ingredients] Unfortunately, there are quite a few ingredients that aren't great for sensitive skin... [Price] At 16,000 won for 120ml, it's definitely on the pricey side... While it was decent to use, it might be difficult to make this a regular part of my routine.

  Since I haven't used it for long, my review might not be entirely accurate. 1. Deep dryness: Compared to other cleansing foams, this one caused less tightness. I personally liked that aspect. 2.
