The product I used before felt heavy or sticky, but the Chicago lip balm is very light and not at all sticky, as if I haven't applied anything. It absorbs faster than expected, and if your lips don't have severe peeling, it seems to soothe well. My father, who has a lot of peeling and cracking, didn't feel a huge effect when I applied it, but after a few days of use, his lips improved at some point. The scent is mild. It also glides on easily. Being in a tube form, it doesn't leak or become messy when laid down. When applied before bedtime, there is no extremely dry feeling until the next morning's meal.
ConsWhen lips rub together, it feels oily and slippery. The tube format is not very hygienic, and it's a bit inconvenient that it can't be stood upright. The volume is only 10g, but the price is expensive.

It's incredibly moisturizing and lightweight, so my lips feel completely unencumbered and the formula seems to be very hydrating!
ConsIt's much more runny than I expected. The formula melts into an essence-like texture as soon as it touches my lips, but it ends up going into my mouth too much. Ugh, it tastes bad.. It's half applying, half eating. Everything else is good, but I had to take off a star because of the issue with it getting into my mouth.
TipI apply a generous amount to my lips, then wait a while with my mouth closed before gently blotting it with a tissue. Everything else is great, but the fact that it gets into my mouth is the most inconvenient part.
